Never use my picture

This is the worst company out there doing canvases ordered one three turned up and was charged for the three have emailed them about this problem a few times have had no reply canvas was nothing more then a very dull picture How do these company's get away treating customers so badly

Ordered a 36" x 20" for £27.00 last Monday & it turned up today. The quality is excellent & the frame was easy to put together. I'm no expert in canvas stretching but it looks great! The frame also has little pegs that you tap when the canvas stretches over time. The only thing I didn't like was the hanging kit which I could have made myself but never mind!

After reading reviews on this site I was concerned that I'd made a mistake ordering a canvas from this company, however, it arrived this morning (10 days after I placed the order). I had read the website properly so I knew that it needed to be assembled but this only took about ten minutes and the end result is easily as good as examples I've seen in shops which cost three times as much. The picture was very precious as it was our last (large) family get together with everyone on before my Mum passed, so I was apprehensive at having it enlarged. I need not have worried. It came back on a huge canvas without any loss of clarity, in fact it seemed much brighter with clear, defined colours, and is hanging in my front room. Everyone who visits comments on it positively... thank you.

My Large Acrylic print that I was so excited about (first family photo with my baby!) has come out too dark to see the people in it! And my baby's other Acrylic (first Xmas photo) has marks under the surface- this is really disappointing but could easily be resolved if my-picture responded to my complaint and re-issued them! However my rating is related to the fact that they seem to just ignore their customers! So disappointed and wish I'd used another company :(

Spent £50 for two framed photos for a gift for a special occasion. The frames have no backs so you cannot put them on the wall or stand them up. Pictures come blurry. Customer service is horrific, emailed as unhappy with the products I have received and all they can say is my complaint is not justified and unable to get a refund. So I have paid £50 for the privilege of finding out how poor quality and appalling this company is! Do not buy!

I ordered some I got or tiles nearly a month ago now, still not received them, tracking said I would receive this week but now it's changed to package has passed customs. If I had known it was coming from overseas I would not have purchased. I have tried to contact with no reply yet.
Feels disappointing! Let's hope the photos tiles are worth it!

My Christmas present order was guarenteed to be delivered before christmas. I recieved a order tracking number on the 15th Dec showing the order was with the courier. But when it didn't arrive I contacted the courier and they stated it had not be passed to them. My-Picture denied this and said it was with them.

Now on the evening of the 21st Dec, they have sent a automated email saying the order will be delayed.

Sorry but that means you lied on the 15th and onwards and have left it to the last minute to let me know using a automated email.

Liers with intent to cause as much distress as possible.

What did I expect from a cheap company

Do NOT touch this excuse for company with a barge pole... be warned, they will take your hard earned cash and send you a pixelated excuse for a canvas then tell you "that's what you ordered"... they have obviously got no quality control/standards and I am not the only one to find this. Deal with them at your pearl. Their customer service is rated like their product ZERO! Appalled that this can happen in 2014

I purchased 3 pictures from them 2 of them were great quality.
Unfortunately the biggest and the one that I was most looking forward has visible printing faults and smudges - I'm very disappointed.
I doubt I will purchase from them anything else and I do not recommend them as well

The company were efficient as usual in the turnaround, but would have liked quality intervention before print, due to low resolution picture. Not their fault, but mine, but thought in hind sight, they questioned the quality.

Finally contacted...

So after I moaned and moaned, I finally got contacted by customer service. In all fairness, they offered to send me a replacement photo and gave me a code for a freebie, which I was rather impressed with.

Would you believe it BUT THE SECOND ONE ARRIVED BENT AND MISSHAPEN. I've now emailed them again 3 times and have had no reply. What the actual heck.

The problem is with with packaging. They seal around the photo frame well enough but not the edges. By the time it's travelled through the courier service it has been pummelled and shoved and damaged. They need to provide better padding around the the edges of the picture and not just around it. The edges are left vulnerable and will inevitably get damaged in transit.

Disappointed. Again.

The order was received within 10 days, which I was okay with. The website looks as though it is local but it is actually travelling from Germany. By the time the frame arrived it was battered and bent out of shape. I spent nearly £100 on it and I was intending on giving this as a gift, but I am actually too embarrassed to do so.

I contacted the company 5 times in total and all they have done is send me a generic reply asking for photos - despite my original emails actually containing photos of the damage! Not one personal reply received and I'm out of money for this present and stuck with a huge frame that is too battered to hang up.

DO NOT use this company. Their customer service is not existent and the frames are battered to the point of ridiculousness. Unless you want to just waste your hard earned cash, in which case, go ahead. Frankly, I'm appalled at this company and their lack of integrity. Avoid at all costs.

If I had not put a review on SiteJabber I would have been ignored by this company. They now want me to remove my review. Well I'm sorry My-picture, the review stays. Yes they did eventually send me another canvass and it was slightly better than the first, but still not great. For that reason I have given them one more star, so you decide.

I just received the canvas I ordered last night. Took only 7 days from when i ordered it. I don't know what everyone else is going on about. I could see clearly that the canvas came rolled up in a box and I had to assemble the frame myself. I did this for the first time ever in under 10 minutes for a 24" x 36" print. I will definately use this company again.
It's like everything in life. Don't get drawn in by the bright lights. Read what is in front of you and you shall have no reason to complain. Thank you for a great service my-picture.co.uk.

I am so happy with my picture. I love taking photos and had wanted to make big panoramic canvas from my favourite photo for quite a while now but somehow never got managed. I chose my picture service because of their really nice prices and let me tell you - I was impressed. The colours turned out very saturated and bold, the quality of the canvas is great. Money well spent

Okay so I made an order about 4 days ago and after reading the reviews i'm only really scared of my order not being delivered for weeks. As for having to assemble them yourself i have 2 comments on that.
1) I can understand that would be really inconvenient for customers who have printed photo's of family and friends to put on their wall. I, however, think it'll be pretty neat having to make my own canvas of my photography work. It'll make it seem a bit more personal to me.
2) For the price they're offering how can you really complain anyway?

I'm definitely not rating this site very highly and as i said i'm very concerned with the delivery time and hope this isn't a problem for me as it was for others.

One of my FB friends posted an image of his canvas prints and I said to myself “I want it”. Price and delivery time was as promised in their commercial messages. You will not expect the quality for their price, but I did receive it!

I ordered a large canvas for my daughter's birthday and was a little worried when, after ordering I read so many negative reviews about orders not turning up/being poor quality/not being mounted. My order arrived today and I am very pleased with it! I paid an extra £10 for it to be stretched over the frame and it arrived complete, as hoped. Quality is brilliant and for £44 for a 36" x 24" canvas, I would definitely use again. Got the next one planned: 0)
