The item, a Fanuc motor-brake combination, was in stock and shipped that day for next day delivery. The price was reasonable and, although I could have gotten it cheaper on eBay, etc, I liked the fact that Joe was very knowledgeable about the product line and warranties his goods. Plus eBay is a crapshoot when it comes to promised deliveries and I couldn't afford to take the risk.
The motor showed up as promised and downtime was kept to a minimum as a result. I'm very happy with the product and the service and will use them again for similar items.

I was in real big trouble with one of our horizontal boring mills being out of service, in need of a control unit. MRO found the unit and had it delivered to us in about 16 hours and that included shipping! We are back up and running with minimal downtime. Thank you!
The purchasing procedure was very good, the accounts manager was a pleasure to deal with. 1 of the items I ordered was not exactly what I needed but they allowed the return of the item.
Excellent customer service and quick delivery. I was offered a refurbished motor at a significant discount over a new one. MRO was the only supplier I found that offered me a refurbished motor, the others including the manufacturer, only offered new. They will be my first choice when the need arises in the future.
