Part was defective, Had to ship part back. Was told when they received part back I would be refunded. Had to threaten in order to get my refund. Very poor customer service. Will not buy from this Vendor again.

First they accepted my offer for a lower price and it was shipped out very quickly. When i received it, turns out i ordered the incorrect part and returning it for a refund was absolutely effortless. If i ever need monitor parts again ill be checking this site first.
