I ordered my card A week and a half ago and I still haven't received anything through my post I am so disappointed with Moon pig and I would not be ordering from them again it cost me a fortune for cards they are quick enough to take the money but very slow for sending out your goods I have been trying to get in touch with them by online services and by telephone and they do not answer so please be aware everyone do not order from Moon pig they do give Bad services out
I spent £90 and they totally messed up send the stuff to my misses but with a different name on the stuff the free gifts never came and they didn't care
Ordered a gift and card 2 weeks before the event to be delivered on the Birthday, Got email day before saying it had been dispatched, had tracking off Royal Mail day before saying item had been dispatched from Moonpig, got email late day before from Moonpig saying item was out of stock and I would get a refund and £5 back into my Moonpig account to use for another gift. Now I have been left embarrassed that my relative has no gift or card from me on their birthday, Also I did not want refund to account as I am closing it, it should go straight back to my bank!
I received a gift pack from Moonpig
I received a gift pack from Moonpig sent to me by my son which cost £32. I received a small bunch of dead flowers, A flat balloon and a box of chocolates that you could buy the equivalent of in a local pound shop. I made a complaint to Moonpig directly who were unwilling to make any sort of amend unless they received a photo of the product. I explained that I'd thrown the products away as I didn't really want to keep a deflated balloon or a dead bunch of flowers. I don't think that's unreasonable? Moonpig customer service is appalling, their gift sets are overpriced with extremely poor quality products. The word 'RIP OFF' springs to mind. Buyers Beware. EXTREMELY UPSET & DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY
On ordering a present for a family member for a birthday it was cancelled on the delivery day by moonpig. The most waffy BS reply came back with an insulting £5 voucher.
Why didn't you just resend something similar, rectify them situation. Poor poor poor.

Ordered a balloon and champagne gift for my best friends engagement! They charged me but only delivered the balloon! I'm boiling mad they ruined the suprise! Also they have taken my money!

I have had a number of prebooked orders not turn up...one yes it was during the postal strike time so I will let them off...but in that same month they sent out a 40th celebrations card that was pre ordered (for the correct date) one month early. I contacted them they said they had put a stop on it, but obviously had not! This was just the start of my trouble with Moonpig...I should have left it at that and taken it as a sign not to order from them again!
From then onwards they sent out wrong orders to the incorrect recipient! And some orders recipients have received two cards weeks apart! I have now not received an order I am waiting on, and instead of despatch the card again, which is all I have ever asked for, they are making out as though the previous issues they have done me a favour by refunding me, which by the way has always been in credit to use on them again, so never really ever a refund.
So now I would like someone to investigate this as I have been let down so many times, and now being punished for mistakes that have been of Moonpig! Very unprofessional. Do not order from here guys.
This specific order I have been let down on, has let an entire group down, and ruined a wonderful surprise we all worked so hard on creating.

Orderd flowers and card for mothers day had flowers and an apology letter about card saying got seperated not good enough orderd these 3 weeks ago paid extra for mothers day delivery
Flowers arrived a day late. Several broken stems and very dehydrated. Really not worth the cost.

I received my Giant 12 photo card on 22nd May for my daughter's 40th, with 5 out of 12 of the photos with the heads missing! I emailed Moonpig to complain twice, asking for a refund, or the card to be re-done,
And todate have not had a reply. I also queued on their Chat line twice,
Being 85th and 77th in line, and both times was cut-off at 20th in queue -
Obviously designed that way! Atrocious, non-existent Customer Service - DON'T USE THEM!
Received the pink blush bouquet for my birthday on 15th June, everything binned except the lily on Sunday 19th
June, never had such a rubbish bouquet.
Stole my money scammed me out of 7 quid for my nephews birthday card never arrived apparently posted first class Monday and still no card! Will never ever use this cowboy company again GET OFF MY TV!

Don't expect to actually receive your order
I've used Moonpig for years and they have made many mistakes (late deliveries, items sent to wrong recipients, muddled orders) so more fool me for using them again.
This time there was a printing error apparently, so my mother didnt get her 60th birthday card and gift, she got someone else's card. She reported this to them and they said they would send out the correct card. It's a bank holiday weekend so she isn't going to receive it until next week when her birthday was Friday. This is not acceptable.
I requested a refund and that they not resend it and they said no as 'the recipient has requested they resend it' but gave me a £5 credit (the order was much more than this). The recipient is not the customer, I am. I believe this is contrary to my consumer rights and have reported them to trading standards. I will never use this company again.
I've never had an issue with Funky Pigeon (apart from lack of variety) and there are many other online card stores to choose from and I will be using them in future. I strongly advise you to do the same.
This is not a one off. My friend's last two birthday cards to me never arrived from Moonpig and in one instance, to apologise, they sent 5 copies of the same (photo) card to him. What use is that?!
If you want your items to actually arrive and/or be the correct item when they do, don't use Moonpig.
N.b., Moonpig, do not put your standard response under this review. I have no intention of contacting you to discuss. I have spent two days doing that and your customer service sucks.
