Ordered a fairing kit for my 2001Ducati 748, when it arrived it was a lighter yellow that what it looked like on the photos sent. No where exact to true Ducati yellow. Only the front fender and air damn fit perfectly, the front nose was made at too shallow of an angle and the sides were to wideand would not fit. When I mailed them( and i still have the emails) I was told that these were made from OEM molds and maybe I should use a heat gun or blow dryer to soften up the plastic to bend them! REALLY!?!?!? I asked what garuntee i would get on the paint if i didithat... no answer on that but was told to send them pics of the problem... I did exactly that. Told them I didn't want to unwrap any more of the fairing kit until i knew what was going on. Was told to unwrap all of the kit and try on the bike so they could "escalate" the issue. I did what they asked, tried fitting on, didn't fit, took pics and sent in. Was then told to "escalate" this more, thye needed the name and company of the "professional" installers were and the VIN# to my motorcycle, and that's where i draw the line! My experience with Monster has been nothing but bad! No way to get any money back, no way to get a replacement fairing kit, and as of now no one is answering my emails
There could be some more ease of use with the website, however they were highly communicative to ensure all else was satisfactory

I must admit, this has been the BEST purchase of my life. After crashing my motorcycle, and browsing for OEM parts with their sticker prices was a real pain, all hope was lost.
THEN, I came across Monster Fairings. The customer service alone was outstanding and I was completely amazed how careful and concerned the customer service rep was towards my needs and towards the specs of my bike.
I am really grateful that Mr. Robinson from Monster Fairings was there for me before and AFTER the purchase was completed, I was even followed up with in regards to the after sales experience and how the fairings looked after the installations.
FAIRINGS: A total game changer on how perfectly molded and painted they were. Although some of the screw holes needed a bit of an adjustment due to minor margin or errors, overall they fit great and LOOK FANTASTIC, BETTER THAN THE OEM counterparts. I repeat, better than the OEM counterparts, that good.
Very happy, can't wait to crash my bike again so I can redo this entire pleasant process with Monster Fairings
