We recently ordered and received 2 wireless charging stands. They arrived promptly and were easy to assemble. However, one was mysteriously not working properly all of the time. We called and were assured they would replace it once their supply was available again. As directed, we called and a new one has been shipped. This time the representative, had all the necessary information so that we did not need to go through the whole story again. Wonderful service!
Their website is so limited. Unfortunately they have fair prices for decent quality items with broad selection of networking and cabling so can not go to another website for similar items. I had a stupid moment where my bank thought it was a fraud payment so they declined the charge for them. I call them up tell them about it after talking to the bank. They say they can not reinstate the payment and i had to relocate everything on their website which was over 180 different components and pieces. I am looking forward to another website who can offer similar product range with way better and intuitive user interface and customer web portal framework.
One of the nice things about Monoprice is that they seem to have almost everything.
The other is that their chat support works well. Tim L found the cables i needed, that i'd been unable to find despite some searching.
So all in all, a satisfying experience.
UPDATE: Paul from customer service reached out to me and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I have received my product and I was also sent a replacement. I was going to average it out but as Paul went above and beyond I will be amending my review to a 4 star.
Apparently I'm used to much better customer service in Australia. Usually In my experience vendors would attempt to work with customers to achieve an agreeable resolution. I haven't been offered a shred of assistance really. Not at all worth staying up until 1230am to contact you guys for.

I purchased the Monoprice Stitch Wireless Smart Universal IR Controller. It's a great little device that can control my TV, cable box, even a roku! You can control multiple devices from an app on your phone or tablet. The app is pretty easy to use, and I like being able to set up "scenarios" under the "smart" section of the app. I can then use the "automation" tab to trigger a scenario to run, either manually, or at a specific time, or using a number of other triggers!

I've been a customer of Monoprice since their early days so I was very disappointed when my order arrived, the box was very light and I said to my roommates, "It feels like a box of air". When I opened the box, all that was there were the air filled packing materials - no headphones! Boy, was I pissed! Monoprice had always fulfilled my orders promptly and accurately. I called customer service and was surprised (as was the contact person when I told him of my issue) that after asking me some pertinent questions, my order was scheduled for replacement. Overall, for me, a painless process. Within a few more days, my headphones did arrive. So, only 4 stars because of the empty box.

My package was lost in transit (no fault of Monoprice, but rather USPS), Monoprice rushed out a replacement using an alternate carrier and it was in hand in 2 days. Very happy. I ordered a power pack to recharge my phone and tablet if we lose power. The unit was delivered quickly with free shipping from Walmart's site. Unit worked like it is suppose to. I contacted the company as I had a question and they got back to me quick and answered my question plus attached a manual for my device. Never had used this company before but am quite happy.

I have been a customer of Monoprice for over 10 years. I find most of their products to be high quality. On the rare occasion a product was not a good quality or not working correctly I would send an email requesting a refund or a replacement and I never once had a problem. Their cables come with a lifetime guarantee and I have had several cables replaced after a year of everyday use, again no problems. I have purchased TV mounts, various charging accessories, speakers and accessories, earphones and so much more. I highly recommend Monoprice.

Monoprice has scammed me out of more that 80.00 and other that a response saying someone will contact me in a few days, I have been wait for a month. There is no telephone contact number for this company. DO NOT TRUST.
Nice offerings for fair prices. I received a defective unit, unfortunately, so I had to return it causing the rating to be less than five stars. However, the way Monoprice handled the return and issue part was great. They took ownership, dealt with it efficiently, and I was on my way without much trepidation. Look forward to getting the replacement.
In a perfect world there would never be problems. Of course, we don't live there and things do go wrong sometimes. I am very new to 3d printing and I am not very skilled with technical matters. The Monoprice Mini Select Pro has had some minor issues but I have always been able to get great help from MP customer support. I cannot say enough about how easy they are to work with and how willing they are to help.

Having ordered MANY MANY times from Monoprice over the years, it has become VERY apparent they are no longer the company they used to be. Over the years their service and to some extent the quality of their products has regressed more and more each year. What used to be reasonably quick shipping has gotten unacceptably way to long. I recently placed a purchase for about 500.00. The purchase took 8 days to arrive (9 if you include the date of order placed). In addition, it cost me 80.00 in shipping. When I talked to "customer support" it was quite clear they didn't care. Just placed a small order a few days ago. Wont be here til next Weds... 8 days again. Time to go exclusively to Amazon. Too bad. Back a few years ago it was good prices, quick delivery and outstanding customer service. Those days are gone with Monoprice.
Do not buy from this supplier. They are worse than Amazon, i order a new speaker stand for over $70.00 and they sent me a used item in a box that had been opened more than twice and then taped back shut. Then call customer service and they give you a song and a dance, just pick this $#*! up and i will work with AE to get a complete refund, again don't buy from this supplier they sell used $#*! as new.
I first bought from a China distributor with a USA office, but they did not answer phone calls after first contact. No help via emails.
Bought through Monoprice and received assistance within 24 hours. When a part did not function correctly, they offered to replace it. I did not have to make any demands, they were happy to provide a prepaid label for the return via FEDEX.

This is a great first time buyer 3d printer, comes ready assembled so you can use straight out of the box, but unfortunately the printing head was going out of the printing area cause the g code was wrong, i informed customer service and received a speedy reply with an other g code and to my great delight this solved the problem. The models i have printed so far have been very detail and correct i am very happy with this printer

I work with students who have disabilities. I have been able to use my very reasonably priced Monoprice 3D printer to make adaptive tools for them for pennies of what it costs me to purchase them. I love the design challenge! Best of all is downloading a pre-made design that I can print myself.

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
