I had to return a Christmas present that was ordered through Amazon, but was from Monoprice. It was a no hassle return and they sent me a prepaid return label after I made a phone call because Amazon sent me a return label which I had to pay for the return. Thank you!
I love monoprice because of their easy to use website. I don't want websites where I first have to spend like an hour learning how to make an order. Monoprice keeps it simple and I love it that way. I have ordered several products now and they haev all be what I wanted. Good work.
If you have a problem with what you purchased forget getting help. They do not respond to emails at all and if you call they tell you they are a 3rd party seller and you must contact the manufacturer. Will never buy from them again!

When I told someone at Monoprice I was having trouble with ordering over phone she exclaimed she hadn't heard of any thing, to which I say you surely are not listening as I just told you so. Anyway from what I'm reading sounds like the inmates are running the asylum.

I contacted Monoprice because a USB / Firewire cable I bought nearly 6 years ago was beginning to fray near the firewire end. No problem - Monoprice simply shipped me a replacement.
I only buy my cables from Monoprice!

I was so skeptical of their products at first. Some of their stuff is too cheap. However, their stuff is built to last, especially cables. All of their cables are built better than Monster cables. I bought a really cheap pair of condenser microphones, and they sound really decent. Obviously, they're not going to sound like Neumanns, but for the price they were an incredible deal.
I ordered 17 items from monoprice and they says that it will be ship in 3-6 days... I check online after 6 days and I saw my order still processing... I called monoprice and I spoke with the representative and complained and they said "sorry... we will process your order"... Whattt... WORSE COMPANY... I cancelled my order...

I had an issue with my order going to my old address and was told that I would have to go to my old address to track it down. Needless to say I was a little turned off by this. However, I was contacted by Paul and he told me they would send me a replacement and even credited my account. This is way above and beyond anything I expected. I have been purchasing from Mononprice since probably about 2008. I also find their products very affordable and high quality and that's why I've been buying from them for years. I had an audio issue with my MP80's, sent them an e-mail, and the next day I was mailing the bad pair back. An hour after they received them they shipped out the new pair! Great customer service as usual!

The second product of two I ordered did not arrive with the first. I waited 6 weeks before contacting Monoprice, hoping that the missing product would arrive. When it did not, I called the Monoprice help line. The agent I spoke with agreed to resend the missing product. It was a very pleasant experience, the opposite of what I had been expecting.

An American built amplifier that uses only top high quality hardware, and what they say it can do, it will do. They do not fudge the numbers. And as for the subwoofer M215, there is no equal in this price range and quite frankly anything more your going to need a stadium. I am very and completely satisfied with the price and the quality and performance of the products. Will be purchasing more. With the customer service. That too was hands down top notch. The communication between my self and the Monoprice team, They made sure I received the components on time. I had a short time table and it showed up right on time. The packaging was very sturdy to handle any rough shipping. And the communication after sales is still top notch with the customer service. With all this Corona virus going on, couldn't ask for anything more

I bought a galaxy S6 from your store through eBay. I was very hopeful since the store had a very high rating. I received the item later than it was expected. But I did not make it big deal. I received the item yesterday, September 28th, 2015. But I could not turn the phone on. I charged it about 45 minutes. But still nothing came on. The phone became so hot as if it was burning. I was so disappointed. I think the store sold me a defective item. Now I emailed them and waiting for them to respond me. Then I will return the the item. It will take at least several weeks. Then I will get y money back and so on... This is just headache..."
Item not delivered I ordered 2 x LED Video Camcorder Light with 140 Pieces LED and 960 Lumens Brightness on 1/14/2016. I order 2 but was delivered only 1. It took me an hour long wait to get hold of a rep on the phone. After that, the rep said sorry we can't do anything about it, just issue you refund for the on enot received. I told them that I ordered it as a pair and if they could send me a similar item they may have in stock but the response was poor.
Disappointments:
- Non-delivery of full order - Non-replacement of missed item - Only option to take the refund and shut up - Phone system asking me to go to live chat - Live chat not functioning. Saying all reps busy - Phone wait time around 1 hour - After 1 hour wiat, no satisfactory resolution My observation on Monoprice: Unreliable vendor. Long wait time, customer service not helpful.

I found a product (subwoofer cable) at Monoprice that I wanted to buy. After placing the order I found my subwoofer and cancelled the order. It was easy and hassle free.

Stay away from this merchant. Willfully and knowingly ships to criminals. They charged me $639.00 for a camera I never ordered and will be delivering to someone named Muammar Thalib. They told me they canceled the order after I reported to them that my card had been stolen... but instead they chose to ship to good ol' Thalib anyway.
I have bought HDMI, TV mounts, components, had drives, and audio cables from these people for years. If they send you a bad product just tell them and they make it right.
I turned on years ago the service guys from Cablevision and they were all buying their stuff from Monoprice.
Paid extra shipping so HDMI cables would be delivered in 3-5 days when TV was delivered. Sent email to customer service to make sure it would ship and arrive in 3-5 days. They shipped ground and I did not receive cables in time. Customer service would not answer more emails. Had to go to store and buy them. Tried to return cables with RMA number and shipping was $7.60 for two $4.00 cables. I still have the cables.
I have bought many items over the years from Monoprice. Last October, I purchased a 28" 4K Monitor. About a month ago it stopped working. I called Monoprice and they stated they would have to give me a store credit as the monitor was no longer being sold. So RMA # in hand, I packed up the monitor and returned it. They shortly called me and let me know they had found a new unopened monitor of the same model. They shipped it to me and so far it is working great. I was quite impressed that someone took the time to work my problem and resolve it to my satisfaction.

Something arrived defective. I started an RMA immediately and they said it'd be replaced in a month (already egregious time frame). After a month, they said 4 months. I asked for a refund at this point. They so no, only store credit because we were now past their 30-day policy. If they'd told me from the start that it'd take 4 months for a replacement, I wouldn't gotten a refund from the beginning. So now I've got store credit for a company I don't want to give money to. The only positive about the company now is competitive pricing, which is already nullified by shipping costs.

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
Answer: Try calling their phone support is amazing. Their live support works well too depending on what it is.
