We were so hesitant to purchase an engagement ring offline but the customer services was excellent and you could not beat the price and quality of their jewelry. A big thank you to Chris for answering all the questions we had and providing excellent customer service! And the quality of the engagement ring we picked out FAR exceeded our expectations! I was so pleased with my engagement ring from moissaniteco I asked several questions before my purchase and I received fast informative responses. I did upgrade my stone to forever brilliant and it was well worth it! It's gorgeous and I get so many compliments on it. My concern was small side stones falling out because I am so rough on my jewelry at work but it is very sturdy and has held up wonderfully! I will definitely purchase from them again, not only are they the best priced, their quality is great! I highly recommend this company!
I've been wearing my earrings daily for almost two years now, and the moissanite stones sparkle just as beautifully as the day the earrings arrived. I'm now ready to order earrings with larger stones since this first pair definitely passes the "test". I'm equally pleased with my moissanite ring. I'm more pleased, by far, with moissanite, than I ever have been with diamonds. Shipping was fast, and safe. I'm a customer for life.
I would say the overall experience was good. The moissanite products are a great quality. I think the customer service could be improved by first making it more personal and being able to speak to a live agent. Email and chatting just doesn't alway seem to be the most effective means to communicate. The company should also work on improving how they resolve issues with customers. I had an issue with them which I don't feel was handled well and that was disappointing. I think speaking to a representative could have helped clarify things, but all I could do was email. Moving forward, I would just go with another moissanite company that has customer service representatives that you can speak to on the phone. Especially if you're making a large purchase, it would be nice to speak to a live agent if any issues arise.
Chris was really helpful. I bought a princess cut yellow mossy from moissaniteco on May. My toddler daughter got my ring and dropped it on the floor and chipped the corner of the diamond :( Of course, it's not under warranty because we dropped the ring causing the damage, but I sent Chris an email asking if he can do anything for me. As the color mossy is discontinued, Chris offered me a same size cushion shape Forever Brilliant as the same price of my discounted yellow diamond. I'm greatly appreciated.

I had a custom engagement ring made by MoissaniteCo after my own design. The email communication was always super fast and friendly, Craig really listened to what I was looking for and was very quick to implement it. Even the CAD drawing and the delivery was much faster than they originally anticipated. The price was perfectly appropriate and the final ring is amazing. I'm so glad I went with this company.

I upgraded the large stones to the Forever Brilliant, well worth the extra cost. My sister-in-law did not upgrade and you can tell the difference, she also bought from a different website so I'm not sure if it's because of the product or due to the not upgrading. Mine is clear and has no yellowing, it's beautiful. The only thing I'm slightly disappointed in is the white gold I selected, it scratches a little. Overall I am very satisfied with my choice to go with MoissaniteCo. The product is beautiful and very well priced.
I have several moisanite rings from other companies, all great, no problems. This has been the only moisanite that has gotten an oil stain look on the top of it. I sent it in for a cleaning to have it removed. The company said it was from makeup and oils. I won't order another ring. It's beautiful but if I have to be careful with everything I do than I'll pass.
Purchased a 3 stone Emerald engagement ring and my, now fiancé, was so ecstatic! She has received many complements on how amazing it look and how it sparkles. I will definitely be looking to purchase jewelry for anniversaries to come. I had no issues with the delivery and have had no problems with the ring since purchasing it back in January. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from moissaniteco, from rings to earrings, and I adore them all. The customer service is great, and I'm sure I have driven them crazy in the past with all the different stones I have ordered and returned before finding the right one. My most recent purchase was a single earring (not a pair), which they were more than happy to accommodate for me. Now I am looking to upgrade my wedding set to the new forever one!
My shopping experience has been really easy! The shipping to Aus was fantastic it came within the 5 days which was wonderful. Sales department was super helpful in letting me know how I could get the ring on time! Everyone throughout the process was so friendly and helpful, and even though it was last minute I was able to order my ring, receive it and propose on time for our anniversary. Your website is very informative and easy to navigate. I wish you had the 360 video for all your wedding sets though. The set I ended up choosing arrived in a reasonable time and it is gorgeous! When ordering an upgrade engagement set, I get very nervous to think that this will be the set that I am going to wear for many years to come. Ordering my engagement ring, I was very worried about the ring not being in proportion with my finger without seeing it first hand. Was the stone going to be to small, did I get the right ring size, etc. Moissanite and Co did their absolute best in answering all my questions as well as easing my worries. When I opened the box, it was the most beautiful ring that I had ever laid eyes on and there was no way I was going to let it out of my sight. Many times Chris and his outstanding customer service and patience has been amazing. I recommend Moissanite and Co to all of my friends and family.
