TOOK THE $500+. NEVER SENT THE PRODUCT. CALLED BBB. NOW REFUSING TO REFUND OR SEND PRODUCT. LOUSYCo.
Don't it is a SCAM. They charge your card. Take your money. Never deliver, refuse communication and refuse to refund.
Recently I purchased 5 windows, and one of them was on backorder. If I had known that, I never would of ordered the windows, but Syerra Robinson the manager, told me it would only take a week for the window to be custom ordered. A day later I get an email saying the window is now going to be 3-4 weeks, so being I need the windows before that, I canceled the order because I found the same exact windows on another website for cheaper. I emailed Syerra and told her to cancel my order, keep in mind I never got a confirmation about the backordered windows being ordered. So I called and some lady got on the phone, and was telling me I needed to respond to an email, and I that I would have to pay 30% restocking fee, while also continuing to give me attitude about how she could not cancel it herself, I had to respond to an email which I never got, and then hung up on me. How do you hang up on a customer when I am trying to return one of your products and STILL PAY 30% RESTOCKING FEE. Also, the lady hung up on me a second time when I tried to ask her name, and speak to her manager SYERRA, who I have been trying to get in touch with this whole time. It took me at least 10 times to get in touch with the same lady after she hung up, but when I called initially it only took me one try. And I know for sure that your customer service lines ARE NOT busy. Finally after the 10th try I got in touch with the same lady and found out her name was Krystal after hesitating to tell me. It's no wonder the business bureau gave you an F RATING. WORST EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have never been treated so terribly over the phone with CSR. I hope they hire people who actually have the knowledge of customer service in the future to prevent this kind of behavior.
