I ordered a dress that came and looked NOTHING like the picture, I asked for a refund and was only given $70 from the $230 I paid for the dress. I understand policies, but if you don't get what you are expecting the company should make it right! I did order a custom sizing, which was not accurate at all when I received the dress. Highly disappointed in this company.
The design was as per the picture. However the execution was poor. Although the skirt part was beautiful (even if it was too long), the bodice was all wrong. The waist was loose, went in at the bust (more ike a size 6 than a size 10) and the bust was far too high. The zip got stuck and my dress maker said it was because it was sown too close. The lace wasn't lace, it was rigid material. Although like the design, the dimensions were not for the size 10 dress I ordered and the dress cannot be altered to make it wearable.
Custom ordered my dress to my sizing especially with height as I'm short, will still need altering in places. But it's stunning! It's honestly Better than I expected it to be, Was waiting or a fail due to mixed reviews but nope. Love love love love it Thansk missacc!
The dress looks different from the picture. Tailoring has been done very unprofessionally with dosens of deffects. Besides tailoring deffects, the fit is not good. The price is too high for getting this quality.

DO NOT BUY FROM MISSACC!
I bought a dress online from MISSACC for my daughter's wedding, it was not cheap, including postage cost over $200. When it arrived, the label said it was a size 12 as I had ordered however the actual size was about a size 18! Upon inspection of the dress I saw there were pen marks on the material! I emailed MISSACC to complain and request a refund and they replied that the pen marks were common due to dressmakers marks but would wash off with water and offered me $20 for compensation if I just kept the dress! I said no thanks, I would like a full refund including shipping costs due to the damaged item I received, which is promised on their website. I then did not hear back from them for about a week until I started leaving negative reviews on their social media posts. At that time they emailed back to offer me $30 if I kept the dress or i could return it at my own cost to a very vague address in China. I am VERY wary of spending more money to return the dress to an incomplete address: Missacc, Jewelry Town, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China ******* I have requested an actual street address to send it back to but as yet have heard nothing. After posting a bad review on another site they tried to bribe me to take the review down, hence why they have few 1 star ratings on these review sites! My suggestion is that you STAY AWAY FROM MISSACC! Good to see you are doing your research, something I wish I had done ahead of ordering.
