When we are in the middle of a crisis situation somtetimes life or death we don't really want to hear about how we are the ones ultimately responsible for getting there and getting ourselves out. After reading and listening more to Melanie tell her own story and what worked for her everything started to make sense. I was glad I was responsible because that meant I was no longer at the mercy of anyone who tried to abuse me. This concept alone has given me tremendous power and confidence back. I know the road ahead is still daunting and will not be without it's learning curves but it's no longer up to him to decide what path I choose. The amount of support that is available here is unparalleled and I doubt you even know how many lives you save by providing this priceless information. I found Melanie through Youtube and her videos helped me comprehend that all situations come from one self and it is up to your self to heal. First I resonated with her message of responsabilty towards our lifes and start making all the changes within, take the power back! And it really helped to get my head over here and stop thinking about what went on there, somewhere that does not exist anymore.
I felt clearer while listening, because she spoke about many doubts and helped me get out of the illusion, finally, made me realise No more attention outside and more within. To be courageous to really start looking inside, even though sometimes it is scary, but every healing process needs your self love to see the wounds, because they are not bigger than you. It's hard to put into words how an encounter with a Narcissistic personality can change you completely... one of the scariest experiences I've lived through. At times I didn't think I could make it... and during those times, Melanie's videos lit up the darkness. I have since met so many people going through similar & always send links to MT Evan's videos. She is also one of the only people I've ever heard who speaks of the energetic hold the narcissist seems to have on us... and the link from that to the emotional empty spaces we hold within. I am so grateful to Melanie Tonia Evans for her healing work! I have been going through a difficult and hostile separation from a narcissistic ex-partner for several years and trying to best navigate my way through the family law system. After searching the internet and library for help with debilitating emotional pain, i found a lot on intellectual information, but little process for significant change. I was lucky enough to find Melanie's videos and blogs. Melanie takes us strait into the deepest part of ourselves, our bodies, our feelings, our souls. I have a history of establishing relationships with alcoholics and addicts being a co dependent. I knew all that but had no idea about narcissism. Once I started learning and found Melanie I became so empowered by the information! I'm doing g a lot of self discovery and soul searching and finally facing my own demons to understand how I ended up with the narc. Very sobering and enlightening stuff! I have to say she has kept me going through some dark times and has been such a bright light through it all! I still have a long journey but am at peace with myself and looking forward to more good to come!

I have been suffering from depression and anxiety for a number of years, due to the up bringing I had from my mother. No amount of antidepressants have helped me, some made me even worse. I was at one of my lowest points when I accidently came across Melanie's work. To say I was amazed by her is a understatement! Melanie is a smart beautiful women inside and out. She has tough me so much in just a short amount of time. She has opened my eyes to things I already knew but needed that extra support and push to actually let go. I have left a very very abusive relationship because Melanie helped me to see and recognize things I wasnt seeing. Some I could see on my own some because of Melanie. Now its time for me to heal and work on building back my self of steam. I probably would have stayed in that abusive relationship until he killed me if it wasnt for Melanie I am so very very grateful to this women.

I stumbled upon this site after years of pain and self sabotage endured during, what I thought was a controlling relationship. Melanie's articles felt as if she were speaking to me personally, knew my life story! For the first time in 20 years, I thought maybe I wasn't crazy.
