Very bad app no help from customer care,I am tired from last 1 week they gave me wrong product and now not giving me my money back saying that it's my mistake that why I took the order very bad app

PFake company never buy from this app you l be traped and never get refund if they deliver wrong product I received a product which doesn't match my product id nor I have ordered for it and on complain they have not resolved it nor they want to act on it product id I received is **************_1

मैने 6April को meesho app पर long dresses order किया था और advance online payment कर दी थी, 8April को मुझे delivery का massage मिला लेकिन मुझे मेरा पार्सल नही मिला था और मुझे delivered का massage आया था, मैने meesho पर 9April को complaint रजिस्टर कारवाई मुझे कहा गया था कि मेरी complaint पर कारवाई की जाएगी पर आज पूरा महीना हो गया है पर मेरी complaint पर कोई भी action नही लिया गया है, मैं meesho के Halpline पर complaint कर करके परेशान हो गई हूँ पर meesho Halpline वाले अब तो जब भी मैं अपनी complaint करती हूँ तो वह मेरी call hold पर करके काट देते हैं पर मेरी complaint पर कोई action नही लेते हैं meesho ने अभी तक मेरा पार्सल नही भेजा है और मेरा refund भी नही दिया है, मैं तो अब आगे कभी भी meesho से shopping नही करूंगी और आप सबको भी कहती हूँ कि आप भी meesho से कभी भी shopping नही करना नही तो आपको भी मेरी तरह ही परेशान होना पड़ेगा, meesho अपने customer को कोई भी परवाह नही करता है, उसे customer की परेशानी से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है, meesho ने मुझे बहुत ही परेशान किया है

I have order stylish bottom online at meesho apps at 25 dec track I'd AWB *******856 but this order not delivered and complne to coustomer care but resolve your issu because froud company meeshu and I suggest you not shopping this pass 😡

Don't buy anything from this app. If order 2 pcs then you received only one pice after then no complaints no solution. Customer talking sense is very bad. I order 2 pcs but received only 1

I have given one star rating since there is no negative stars. I am regular buyer from online platforms. But this Meesho company I say with proof that is organized fraudulent company in India to cheat customers. Their logistics partner Xpressbees delivered a package and collected by over Google pay, while the ordered person was not available. After some time we realized that there was no such order from us. Opened Meesho profile and checked history and verified. On calling customer service from Kerala, no one is picking and keep waiting more than 10 minutes and disconnected. After many try got someone and explained my issue. The package they were delivered an old saree tore here and there for Rs. 905/-. Xpressbees collected the package on 21/07/23 and till now the amount not refunded. From their office about 10 different persons sent mail to me on same subject asking my number. I will provide my reply for all those mails and still they did not refunded. Now i am forward my complaint to cyber cell kerala, to check about their organised fraud. What i understand is that, they will deliver "Unordered " packages to client those accept and paid, later on realized fraud, they will not respond to calls or Meesho will not refund. A worst company cheating Indian customers on a organized professional way.

Super Fraud absolutely worst service.i personally don't recommend any one toh shop on Meesho or on sell trough Meesho...it's an eating capital site all your capital should finish.no any customer support is here and no any claim is approved. Aap chaahe kitne bhi sacche kyu na ho ab Meesho is stage par nahi hai ki woh kisi ka bhi Paisa return kar sake. Inke saare logistic partners chor hai, saare parcels khol kar naya saaman nikal kar customer ko fake products deliver karte hai jisse na seller ko claim milta hai na hi customer ko claim milta hai. Third class app hai

Return Policy Not Good, Products Always come in damage condition. They dont even have options to return products, Delivery partner do not accept returns

I ordered this product and received the wrong sizes. So I returned my order. The delivery person came and received the pickup, and I shared the OTP with him, but I couldn't receive any receipt for their side. After one day, I called the delivery person, and he said to me, "I think I forgot to mark," so I told him, Okay, please check and confirm it. During this, I was continuously getting MSG and calls for product pickup regarding After 5 days, I connected with Meeso Help Chat. After a long discussion, they raised the ticket, and they said my problem would be resolved in 4-5 days. After 5 days, I got new mail again. They said, "My problem will resolve in 4-5 days. I got the same mail three times. They are not ready to resolve my problem and are not understanding it. After 12 days, my problem has not been resolved, and they are listening to their courier partner, not their customer. So it's clear for me that they are working for the courier partner; they have a soft corner for them and not for the customer.

Returned the product to seller by self-courier as instructed by Meesho. Now Meesho refusing to refund the payment made for the product. You will not find any better cheater than them.

Don't buy any iteam about this froud app and also don't pay online the app and executive not any help of your refund and you lost your money

Chor hain ye sare,mene to itna saman liya yahan se,fir ek product k jgh kuda bhej diya or refund b nh diya,call krne pr bole k match nh ho rha original pic se,hmari to yhi policy hai k match krega to refund hoga,ese he kuch b bhr k bhej rhe hain,or koi sunwai nh hai,chor bhre hue hain sare k sare,sb mile hue hain,bnd ho jaygi ye app ese to,mene to apne sare friends ko bta diya,sbne delete krdiya account,koi nh lega isse,chor hain meesho pr sb.pese kha rhe hain logo ke or packet me kuda rkh rkh k bhej rhe hain

I bought a lengha choli but the meesho send me diffrent product an not any return policy an not to return payment...this is totally fake an fraud app and every seller on this app are fraud because these are sender.and internationaly shipped the wrong ab cheap product because they are only thug...
