My conversation with Mr. Larry Cate was informative, and courteous. He also informed me that i could call back any time, reminded me of the enrollment time periods, and spoke in language that seniors love ( plain).

Jason was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I explained what changes I wanted to make, and he immediately gave me 2 or 3 to choose from. He took all of the pressure and confusion out of finding a Medicare insurance adjunct. Thank you, Jason

My husband and I just joined UnitedHealth Care Plan G. Fortunately we have not use it as far as medical issues is concerned. But I do want to stress that the information, processing and customer service has been amazing, so far. Thanks!

Been on the phone for 2 weeks looking for information didn't get much explanation from other Agents, However Yvonne Padilla was the exception. She is friendly, patient, and very informative. I was searching for Medicare coverage and received numerous calls but Joel Garcia was the one! Joel was very knowledgeable about the different types of coverage and explained each one to me to help me understand. I had spoken with a few other companies and they all seemed to be in a hurry and didn't have time for me. As a new Medicare person I was totally confused by all the TV commercials about Medicare Advantage plans. Brandon Cahill explained how it works with original Medicare and supplements vs the TV commercials. He set me up with a plan that is perfect for me. Mr. Alphonse Lucarelli is "the go to insurance advisor ", he is very knowledgeable, very professional, courteous and has lots of patience. I got more information from Mr. Lucarelli than I got from all other sources put together. He advised me best medical insurance at cheapest prices.

Agent Al spent 2 hours on the phone with my husband and me today helping us compare Medicare Supplement policies and Rx plans to find what fits best for each of us.
