I set up a 6 monthly subscription back in April and forgot about it. I ordered the item from another web site and the next day I was notified that medacart was sending me my subscription. It was already on the way and I couldn't cancel it even after chatting with customer service. There is an expiry date in the strips which means we will use them past that date.
I ordered a product and never received it. I attempted to contact the company for a refund and the email is fake. The telephone number goes to voice mail, and no one responded. These people took me for $148.00 for a medical product that is needed. Scammers!
I placed the order online and didn't hear anything after 4 days or so. I called them and I got the tracking number almost immediately. Finally, I found a place that have these test strips and are not in Australia.
I ordered 2 Libre 2 monitors. The first one worked perfectly for the 14 days. The second device only worked 1 day. I am very unhappy.

I found the online order process to be rather easy & uncomplicated and feel the product pricing seems to be fair from the shopping I've done.
Took much too long to deliver product. Online it said it would ship in 2-4 days but it was more like 2 weeks

It took 2 weeks after I ordered.
But I was not expected to arriving in 2 days like Amazon order. I got it when I need it, so I was happy.
From the time I placed my order, I was conveniently able to track its progress. It was delivered in a timely manner and was as described on the website. My initial use of the product was successful.
Shipping time was in business days so arrived in a little over a week. Was packaged well with good expiration date. Item was sealed and in good condition, new as described

Good experience. I was stressed cause i was out and was worried about the mail. Your emails about whether i had received it was encouraging. I would like the option of having an overnight delivery option though.
