OpenCodez LLC has just lost hundreds of dollars to the evil community called "Envato". After trying to resolve my broken and miss coded items, we got declined for all refunds to hell with this company, so it can go back to where it came from.

OpenCodez LLC needs a refund for every purchase because out of the 15 items OpenCodez bought, only got 3 of them to actually work. This company "Envanto" is a scam and we are kindly asking for a refund of all purchases. We at OpenCodez have damages of over 4 hours of our programming services, so we also want our account deleted after all the refunds have been issued and/or item is deleted from the account. Thank you for quick and professional response on this matter.
When you are a new author, they will reject your many good design reasonlessly and repeatedly. No accountability from them like tyranny, though you spend your valuable time to make that design.
But when you upload the same design from any old author account, you will get approval... very very easily. Very unfair and tyranny their approval process. It should be changed.
Terrible! I was lead to believe that I need to buy a software in order to get my template to work. Contacted evanto and the author, but no one came back to me until I raised a dispute with PAYPAL. Then I was told to close the dispute and they will refund but they refused. Absolutely terrible customer service, and terrible compnay to deal with. Waist of money and my time and template still does not function fully!
The worst experience i have ever had, shopping online. They "refunded" my money back in aug12. Now it's aug16, i never got my money back, they cant provide my with bank document, transaction id or something, that i can bring to bank and show them. I have lost $60. I will never shop with you again.
I bought an item which didn't work the way I wanted... I paid an extra $50 to upgrade the item and it still didn't work the work the way I wanted. I ended up requesting a refund for both items - totaling $65 dollars. After a dozen emails back and forth requesting a refund and reassessment of my case, they said they can't give me a refund. Now I have $65 in Envato credit that I can only use on their site. Even worse, the credit expires in one year... WTH am I going to do with that now? I even went as far as asking for a 50% refund a total compromise that they wouldn't even consider. It was a mistake buying on Envato. My first experience - and my last. I should have just thrown my money in the trash can.
The $#*!tiest customer treatment. I opened the first account they blocked me. Opened the second one, they blocked me. Talked with the customer support; they can't open my account for an unknown reason.
Do not buy here, you will be greatly disappointed. While the products may be okay, their customer service will make you FAIL. I cannot stress this enough. You download their product, they have to install it, or help you develop it, and you will be sadly disapointed on their eagerness to do so. They take three days or more to get back to you and then utter one line or two, then back to waiting another three days or more. It is now THREE WEEKS since I purchased and the product is not online yet! The guy who did install it, never made sure the server had the requirements, so I had to change servers, Now I'm waiting for either a refund or for him to re-install it (for which I paid) Its now 4 days, not a word. The "developer" is from India, I asked him for a refund, he is not responding. So ya, good luck, this company is a farce.
I will avoid recommending this company n the future. I've referred them many times and when I tried to plead my case. "Ticket closed".

The absolute worst customer support I encountered so far on Envato market. Every ticket I opened so far was unresolved. You can expect at least a full day delay between each message from the support theme and "go get a 3rd party developer to help you" or "our theme does not work except with the supported plugins supplied with the theme" or "as per Envato policy, we do not support such and such". So, literally, unless you are planning to only use the theme as-is out of the box, I suggest you avoid it like the plague. I shall not be renewing my support as it is worthless. Pity, a nice-looking theme, but with the wrong people to support it."

Terrible customer support, buggy plugins and ZERO help of refund when I wasted hours of issues due to the products they offer. They charge so many fees and have a minimum "account deposit" where your money literally expires and ends up at $3 credit after you've bought something so it just enters their pockets and you can't use it unless you buy more credit and buy another digital asset. TERRIBLE
Envato author blatantly spamming in support emails, i. E. in info click here with link to spam email. Refund refused by author. Refund refused by envato management who don't seem to care at all about spammers.
I bough the product on Envato (Codecanyon), but product doesn't work well. I wrote product's author and couldn't get any support, so I wrote to Envato, but they don't do anything, the worst that Envato locked my account.
I wrote to Envato support repeatedly, but they don't back to me. Extremely bad customer satistification!
I bought a theme from them and it didn't work, so I filed a dispute with Paypal. They locked me out of my account, Paypal didn't refund me and I'm out $67 with a broken theme that doesn't work with the newest edition of WordPress. AVOID!
My company purshased a WP theme on this website, like on most of them - not support / no help / not able to contact anybody if there is an issue.
Why? Because you need the license code (what we don't share in companies), you need account on the website (so they can share your data with third-prarty services or break your balls with marketing mails), you need to have IT ingeneer degree do don't get crazy with stupid things like this.
Always a pleasure to deal with website / services with dump features and programmed with the butt.

They don't have any type of communication with their clients unless you pay for it. I wanted to report... please notice, REPORT a conflict of their theme Zoacres with the version of Wordpress and they wanted me to pay for doing what they should have done for their clients, just communicate a change! I did not needed any help to fix my code or anything... I just wanted to be aware of the modifications they have made. I wasted one day of work thinking the problem was with the webpage plugins or with the server... nothing that would have happened if they have a blog or any type of communication forum to make developers aware of the modifications they have made on their themes. I wish I had read these reviews before!
Downloads don't work properly. You basically pay for nothing. The representative then will not give a refund. I would recommend never using this company. It is not reliable.
The site is a scam. Please do not use them. They will charge your credit card and immediately lock you out of their site. No product received. SMH!
Once they have your money, they are done with you. They run on a faulty business model that encourage heir customer service reps to screw over customers at all costs.
Absolutely do not purchase anything here. They accept payment like paypal but if you are not happy with something you purchased there they will litterally blackmail you.
They close your account and send you an email where they invite you to close the despute on paypal ortherwise they won't reopen your account.
So if you purchased previously many items for years then you will loose the possibility to renew the assistance for example and if you haven't downloaded the token of your theme or plugin code then you have to purchase them again after reopening a new account.
If you really want to buy here I suggest you to stay sticked with paypal as they will never refund you in their platform and open as many as account for each item so you won't risk to loose everything.
Alternatively I STRONGLY SUGGEST you to stay away from this platform. There are many on internet that are very loyal and trustworthy.
