I always buy the oem outboard parts because there is little difference in price at Marine Engine compared to boat shops which are about a 30 mile drive one way for me.
Quick service, Jim is especially knowledgeable, answered all my questions about 1992 force 150 outboard. Not too many folks out there with that capability anymore. Thanks!
Product shipped and arrived quickly with quality sparkplug wires. The threaded caps to be inserted in the distributor cap were crimped well and the rubber.
I never would have ordered a keyway had I known that one came with the impeller. Also, one item an O-ring I got five and had no idea they came 5 to a package no wonder the O-ring was nearly $5.
So glad I found this website. They had the part I needed for my 1959 Evinrude motor. I've had the motor since I was a kid and was so happy to be able to continue using it.
Everthing was fine! Parts were correct as ordered, installed and things went well. I have gotten parts from them before and was well satisfied so I keep coming back.
Needed a part for mt Mercruiser and they found 1 on the west coast in Washington. Received it on time! It was the correct part and installed perfectly.
The 454 Manual includes fine data. We will comment later on the engine & outdrive procedures after we complete the seasonal preps, test runs, & confirm our improved operating performance. Thanks.
All parts received in good condition. Much quicker than expected. Have received other parts for my 1977 70hp Evenrude./ Most of the parts for this motor are hard to come by.
Item has been returned for full refund. Item we ordered, marine did not have. Therefore item has been returned which you have received. Awairing refund. Thank you
I have used marine engine twice now for parts for a 20 year old outboard and found it easy to find the parts on their web site catalog, and the parts were either OEM or exelent after market parts
Is what I needed to repair a customers 1960, 40 hp Evinrude Lark that has a 1972 outdriver unit. This was a helpful site to find since I repair a lot of older engines.
Had the parts I had looked for for days on the Web. Gave them a call, great service, and I have the gasket I was sure I would need to make. Plus, they had a float for my 1946 2hp Evinrude.
Thanks
Easy to find the correct part. Many option choices also.
I made a recommendation of Marine Engine.com on my Fishing Clubs Newsletter; Walleye World. lscwa.net
Parts are an exact fit for my 1978 Mercury 7.5 HP. Could not ask for quicker shipping and motor is running like a champ!
Great website, easy to navigate and they have everything you need. Marine Engine will be my go to online store, hands down the best! Thanks
Web site well laid out, all information needed to make an informed purchase was available and parts sent were correct and came when scheduled.
I ordered a part for my boat starter and it came in 3 days so we could get back out fishing. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Haven't installed yet but everything is as I ordered. Glad it all shipped in one box instead of multiple days for multiple items.
Marineengine.com has everything I need at a great price and shipping is always quick. They are my place for all my outboard needs.
Answer: Very possibly it could be the starter. Make sure your battery is at least 13 volts although a weak battery usually would not click the starter but just once. Check the connections at the starter. Have someone tap the starter with a heavy wrench or hammer while you turn the key. Follow the starter lead to the solenoid or relay.
MarineEngine has a rating of 3.8 stars from 322 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally satisfied with their purchases. Reviewers satisfied with MarineEngine most frequently mention great service, fast delivery and oem parts. MarineEngine ranks 3rd among Boat Parts sites.
