I was very pleased that I was able to look back to refer to sizes I ordered very far in the past to make sure I got the best fitting jeans. And, particularly with it being over the holidays, I was impressed with how fast I got my order.

EManualOnlne service manuals are always cheap and thorough and good for the value. No complaints, you always get a good deal of knowledge and ease of reading with dummies. Never a mistake to buy these ebooks. It's always a good starting point, then you wanna buy other ebooks and acquire the right amount of knowledge.
Erica is the best asset of your Company. Thank you so much Erica.
Erica was great at answering all of my questions. I decided to try my first pair. I assume that if my size changes, I will be able to update my profile. I wish I had found your company much sooner. Thank you!
At ACTE Anna Nagar I actually have completed my Data Science Course gather huge information. Are also trainers adherent to the program, they're usually redundant to the challenges of the world. This position incorporates a robust student infrastructure. I learned thorough info and thanks ACTE for the superb course.
Nothing that you should spend your money and time for
There three main points to consider any custom manufacturing which are true for MakeYourOwnJeans too.
1. What you see is NOT what you get
2. Any small error in measurement leads to huge disappointment
3. It is always more expensive than to buy a-ready-for-use product
The fabrics itself does not look and feel as good as you can imagine; just average jeans material like that you find at Walmart. If you are not professional sewer, you'd better stop to try to measure yourself. Even though you provide them with correct measure, they can make it very different. Yes, they are ready to fix any mistake; however, it takes another few weeks, and of course, you should pay again shipping and customs fees. After a couple such 'back-and-forth' tries you simply get something like this in the picture.
If you read this review because of hesitation, your guts don't fool you. Is it worth trying? Obviously not. Just go to the closest store (or even online where you know for sure your usual size) and buy new Diesel, for example.
I recently ordered 3 shirts sent with specific measurements based on existing shirts I owned. When they arrived the measurements did not match. I was fobbed off with: "the difference is only minor"; "you are using the wrong type of tape measure"; "an oversight by our designer..." etc. No apology, no refund, no offer to remake the clothes despite the returns policy stating "If our measurements differ from what you submitted we will replace the jeans/garment with a new one absolutely free of charge..."
These type of companies seem to have very poor quality control so it becomes a bit of a lottery that you will actually receive what you ordered. Then to make matters worse it is impossible to get a refund or replacement despite the "guarantees" on the website. I just do not understand how these companies survive with this business model. Surely it would be better to charge a little bit more, improve quality control, improve customer service and actually keep your customers for repeat business?
I would advise you NOT to use this company which is based in India, you will only end up disappointed.
THIS SITE IS A SCAM. Ordered a pair. Provided all my measurements. NEVER received jeans and they did not answer any emails. Ended up having to call my credit card company and get a new card. Was advised that this site is a SCAM. I feel stupid for falling for it. DO NOT give out your credit card information to a company on the other side of the world. Their job is to make their SCAM look legit. IT IS NOT!
Crap crap crap. Used to be good when they first came out but now the measurements come out wrong they dont give you the denim type you select sometimes and the quality is terrible. They will not offer you any help when a mistake is made on their behalf... I really wish you ccould rate them negative -5's STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!
Try SQjeans. Great customer service and quality made jeans. They made a mistake on my first 2 pairs and Hitesh the owner made it right by sending me two new pairs no charge. They are great!
Good fit, well made, arrived as ordered. Pleased and will order again.
I wanted to buy a pair of pants that would sit low. I requested an outseam which is shorter them my favorite pair of jeans. Instead I received a pair of pants with 2.25 longer outseam. The pants were too long from the day I received them. However they measured the inseam correctly. First they said that it has to do with stretching. Then they told me to measure my pants more carefully next time. They have a quality check paper that says the outseam is the correct length, but they are lying. The measurements have a 2% variance and the pants are longer then the length with the variance.
Don't buy your pants here.
I am a person with short height and it is obviously very difficult to buy a standard size
Sports coat. I thought I'd try MYOJ since the cost was reasonable and the measuring instructions were very specific and easy to understand. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I was delighted when the sport coat arrived; it fits like a glove, the handiwork was superb and the material was soft and easy
I have ordered a jacket now and waiting for it to arrive. I now know where I will be shopping for dress clothes!
Good quality made leather jacket I only wish their website would show the jacket I'm designing with the color of leather I choose it would help the customer greatly if they could see what the jacket would look like with the color they choose.
I've purchased 2 different leather jackets with my measurements and was happy with the fit.
I ordered a pair of jeans, they weren't quite right, you sent a second pair with no hassle. I feel like I'm closing in on exactly what I want my jeans to be.
I'm a little overwhelmed about getting custom made jeans. I would have liked a little more personal assistance walking through the decisions. I sent a couple messages, but the answers weren't nuanced.
I got the perfect fit that I wanted and that I couldn't have obtained from any of the producers of non-customized jeans.
If you order a jacket, be prepared for it turn up a completely different colour than the image on the website. THEN, have absolutely ZERO reply from their support team - There is NO customer services, nor ANYONE who will respond to your questions or e-mails. Disgusting that they simply don't care about anything once they've taken your money. - DONT BOTHER
Had to have some additional alterations as expected. What surprised me was they did not line the trousers. Wool slacks require lining. Be prepared to spend an extra 25-30% for lining.
I first ordered a $52.00 pair of cross stitched jeans that the time I payed for shipping and duties they actually cost a shade over $100.00 not too bad as they did fit very well. Based on my first experience I decided to order a second pair which were the grey stretch jeans and I provided pretty much the same measurements but when they arrived they were too short and way too tight. When I sent the company an e-mail explaining that they had made some mistakes I was told that these were stretch jeans and that they would stretch over time, I certainly don't understand how they will get an inch longer the more I wear them? The thigh measurement was 3 inches too small and you would have to lie down on the floor to take them off. I have exchanged many e-mails with their customer service dep't and they keep telling me that they can't do anything for me except offer a 20% discount on my next order. Needless to say I will not be ordering anything else from this company. It is a lot easier to shop elsewhere and have your tailor make the necessary alterations if need be. Buyer beware a total waste of money.
I bought Twiggy Double Zipper White Stretch Jeans. They are so beautiful and stylish and very comfortable. The cost is $69 if I'm not mistaken. I like it
Previously I'd always buy off-the-rack jeans at my local big-and-tall store, but they were always a poor fit, either too long or too tight around the leg. MakeYourOwnJeans allowed me to fully customise the measurements and style and I am extremely happy with the fit and quality. No need to turn up the cuffs, and plenty of room to move. The price was cheaper than what I'd normally pay at a store, even with shipping cost (which were also pretty cheap considering I live in NZ). There was an extra charge for my plus-size measurements, but it was still perfectly reasonable. Getting plus-sized bespoke custom-made clothing locally is not cheap, so overall I was very happy with their prices. I made a mistake with one of my measurements when I submitted my purchase, but after realising my mistake the next day, I simply contacted MakeYourOwnJeans via their website with my order number, and they promptly changed it with zero fuss. All I can say is the onus is on the customer to doubly sure you've got your measurements correct if you want a good fit
Answer: They do not take returns. Even if they mess up you have to pay return shipping, and upon approval, they will fix the issue. They have certain fabrics that are fit guarantee, but it seems like you're out of luck if they are hideous or don't fit right. I just emailed pictures of the 2 inch error in the waist of a pair of jeans I ordered I don't have high hopes for any resolution, I think I am out the money. I will stick with store bought jeans from reputable stores with good return policies, Or thrift store jeans.
Answer: They don't. They state that they allow a 2% margin. What happens when its outside that? They ignore you and 'hope that you understand that'. Bad customer service, but you only find out once they get the product wrong. Use at your own peril.
