Pathetic experience with makemytrip with my recent bookings, MMT asks for extra money for re-booking of flight due to Air Line cancelation for package trips. Due to multiple cancelation I ended-up paying extra to MMT, and they denied to refund the extra money paid by me.

Please don't trust them completely, they are pathetic... You can't even reach CC over phone, simply it doesn't get connected. I experienced its a trap... I'm suffering...

Booked my tickets on Makemytrip customer care number *******512/. There was a small error in my email ID. A random person called and cancelled my non- refundable ticket. Makemytrip did not verify my phone or passport details with this person. The person who called said I am his wife and therefore calling from a different number. And I have lost all my money. Makemytrip did not compensate

Do anything but never use makemytrip.com. They should be awarded as the worst customer service company. I made one booking on June 14 2014 for flight to Delhi from Tokyo on Aug 15. Their system generated two bookings - one with correct flight time and one with incorrect flight time. I called next day on June 15 asked that i need tickets only for correct flight timings but their customer care center cancelled correct booking and gave incorrect timing. I have been calling from that day till today on July 25 2014 but not resolved.

Some number to understand their level of service... issue not solved after:
-- 40 days issue not solved
-- contact customer care more than 35 times and spent average of 20 mins --totalling 700 mins

WORST COMPANY --- NEVER USE in my life - I pledge

They cheated me of 1050 rs as I searched to book one way out station can from Faridabad to Delhi and paid full amount. At the time of can schedule, driver called me that he will only cover to and fro to Faridabad and so can't serve... No makemytrip says I booked it incorrectly and there is no other option they have on the site. They are not allowing the cancel the can and not refund any money without even travelling anywhere

Once you are done with the initial payment there is no point of contact n these people ll nvr call u back. Their customer support number n email id is of no use. Their sales dept is very active until u pay the initial amount. I raised my query 3 times on their support id but no response called them up for 4-5 times but there in noone to pick up the call. They ll simply say "transferring your call to the concerned person" but no one is there. Seriously bull$#*!

I have followed up 3 months for a refund.they cheat me by telling that they didn't receive the payment from airline.But I got the information that airline paid to the agent 3 months before itself. Please don't trust makemytrip

I have used this website makemtrip several times to book air travel from USA for domestic india travel, almost always it charges a higher amount than displayed online just before checkout. I do not understand why. Apart from all the fees, surcharges etc etc already added and displayed, they conveniently charge a higher amount after we pay the final amount. Apart from any international transaction fees that they charge and our bank would charge.

I booked the bus on 24 june 2023 and bus was cancelled by the bus driver.He said to me, you will get your fund within 24 hours.Last 10-15 days i filled complaint that i didn't get any refund. They told me that your refund initiate will be get within 72 hours but still i didn't get any refund.
I advise to all of you,don't book any bus through make my trip.

Absolutely they are the worst service. Unprofessional if I knew this rating before I would never book with them. And it will never happen again. They literally don't have any customer service. I am relieved when I saw all this bad feedback. That, this isn't me. It's their bad service.

They make a scam by giving discount on inflated hotel prices, and when one cancels the booking, they charge the discount from us as cancellation fee and fight with us saying" policy, we go by the policy rules". Just never ever book via make my trip
All the mmt cash is bogus thats just a bait for all out there looking at the discounts they are offering!
So plz don't ever book via make my trip or else it would be a $#*!ed up trip!

We recently booked our south India trip through MMT. I will brief our experience below:
- They dont have any service assurance for the end to end service they are selling like air line, road transport etc. Airline I can understand its not in their hand, but in case of airline cancellation they dont provide any service to customer in the form of alternatives. They always give excuses that they system does not support :(
- Once booked, the terms and conditions are only supporting MMT and not in favour of customer. Which is completely one sided
- To my surprise they done even pay the amount to the vendor who was accompanying us by road. One day he said that he will not come to pick us as he did not get paid yet in the middle of journey. This is completely insane. Secondly they dont have any track of who was the driver assigned to us and he is from which sub sub vendor.
- By grace of god (Ram Vorose) we returned back home with lots of difficulties faced during the travel
- They dont provide the itemized invoice which we generally need to claim the LTA, this cannot be acceptable
- I will never do any business with MMT in future and will not suggest to anyone. Please be careful.

Even afer booking the flight ticket they were forcefully asking to pay a minimum of 200 even though I have no particular preference for seats. Thankfully I checked the official
website before paying and I could do the web check in for free
