I have purchased 3 LV bags from LuxeDH & they are MOST DEFINITELY REAL. I have 4 other LV bags which were gifts from a close friend, bf & family: two lovely Neverfull Damier MM Neverfulls-1 the brown square pattern for Fall & the other 1 is the cream square pattern for Spring, both very nice, gently used & generous gifts.
About a year ago, I wanted to finally buy an LV purse for myself, so I started with the classic monogram speedy 30 bag. I love it, it is a nice size & was in great condition.
Then recently, since I had the larger bags, I wanted a small LV bag for the times when I just need to take a few items with me & don't want to take a large bag along-such as going out for the evening or on a date. I got a monogram pochette(sp?) which looks like it was never used & is a perfect, cute size.
Then to round out my small "collection", just a couple of weeks ago, I found a great small Damier bag-which is a little bigger, has small feet on the bottom & I little longer strap that fits perfectly under my arm & is also perfect for using a smaller bag.
When I got the Speedy bag, since it was a first purchase for me from LuxeDH, it concerned me even though it looked great, and all the small details were in order, I still was skeptical like many ppl since LV are the most replicated handbags & small goods in the world!
Luckily a co-worker's roommate worked part time at an LV store. I took the bag to let him look at it, and he knew it was real after looking it over for me. I totally trust his opinion, & since he has worked at LV for like 5 years or so, he knows the items inside & out. So from my experience, it is fair & safe to say that the LV pre-owned goods they sell are authentic. I can't comment on any other brands bc I haven't ordered any, so if u are in doubt & don't know anyone to look at it for you, there are Co.'s online that will authenticate an item & write a letter of authenticity for a small fee & the shipping cost back & forth.
Every dealing that I've had with LuxeDH has been positive & helpful & they do have a policy that if u do find that ur item is not real, then they do accept refunds. The refund "window" is small, so if I was suspicious of an item, I'd contact them-email I find is best to contact them & get a reply within 24 hours. Email them & let them know that you are having your item authenticated & I'm sure they'd give time for you to do what you need to do to feel comfortable with your purchase.
So that is my LONG 2 cents, lol. Good luck & enjoy your new, nice & much deserved preowned designer items!
BTW-No, I'm not affiliated with LuxeDH in ANY WAY. I live in CA & I was told about the Co. By a neighbor after I admired her handbag. So PLEASE know that this is all based on my experiences with LuxeDH.
