They cheated me out of hundreds of dollars during the COVID crisis because I could not return my items within 30 days. I returned them shortly after the cutoff and they refused to reimburse my items & refused to return them back to me saying they were "no longer available". They literally charged me for items & then re-sold them to someone else. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY!
I love shopping at Lulus, it is my go to store. Great quality clothing, great deals, and easy to return if needed! I always recommend Lulus to friends!

We are so sorry that it affected your personal order. This order was opened and processed on 5/09 and refunded on 5/15. Depending on your bank, it should take 3-5 business days for this transaction to post to your Credit Card account.
Our policy states it can take about 10 business days from when it arrives. Again, for any inconvenience, we are sorry. I have emailed you a gift voucher for $15.00. This will not expire and can be used on any order in the future. We hope that we see you back again.

I have already returned the product which I received on 28th August and after receiving within 5mins I called up to the customer care and they told me one of the executive will come to take over the returned product and telling me after receiving the returned product I will get my money refunded including the shipping charges I paid within 10 days but it's been almost 15 days and no sign n still not geting my money refunded back and no customer care responded my calls anymore seems it's fake and making me fool and mistake that I took your product. Please do needful and I want my money refunded asap.

I was so happy with the two (out of three) times I interacted with customer service about my return (before it was processed) they gave me re-assurance that everything was good. I put my item in the mail the day after return was processed on 3/2. I got an email 3/14 stating they received my package. And then 3/16 they told me I was charged for shipping because I did not ship it within 7 days. Customer service agent told me I shipped it 3/14. And didnt believe me that I had an email stating they RECIEVED it 3/14. I have a hard time believing USPS would deliver an item within 12 hours from so cal to nor cal. Come on! Big thumbs down when you call customer a liar. Also no way to send them screen shots on my emails.

All the dresses fitted right to all the girls the only thing we need to fix is the length in all of them and they are 8 dresses but from the body they are great fit

I love lulus! Thw quality is always amazing and refunds are so easy if you don't like your purchased items. Lulus also has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever dealt with and they are so easy to get ahold of. Not to mention their wide variety of selections and how they ALWAYS HAVE DEALS AND DISCOUNTS!
I love lulus because of their cute clothes. Some of their stuff is a bit overpriced, but i always see myself coming back.
I've ordered from them multiple times over the past few years (about 5x or so a year, if not more). Whenever i've had an issue, their customer service reps have generally (aside from one that i've encountered) been patient and understanding - which i know is a tough job.
However, i CANNOT forgive their poor quality. I bought the "Airis Nude Suede Lace-Up Heels" last summer for a formal event. When i got them in the mail, i was in love! They were perfect - except when i actually wore them to the event and hours into it, the left strap ripped off. I was confused as to why - since i had only had it on for 2 hours max with no vigorous activity - and had to make due with tying the broken strap around my ankles the entire night.
Today, i had another order #******* arrive. I purchased a $44 skirt, and it came with A HOLE. I went on the live chat and they very nicely gave me 40% off... but I would've been happier if I had received a skirt without a hole.
Long story short, you take a chance when you purchase their clothes - which aren't cheap either. So proceed with hesitation..

my original review had 1 star back in June 2018 and the recent order i placed on Monday is no different.
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
