Lulus consistently delivers me quality products, true to size. With most shipping being waived this is my favorite site to order from. I love all the the fun styles at great price points.
Shipping was easy and fast. Dress is beautiful just a little low if your on the bustier side. I still love it but had to be careful the girls didn't fall out.
Lots of compliments on this grey floral dress, great quality, spoke to representative to make sure about size, she was very pleasant and helpful, will definitely purchase again from Lulu's

Beware, a while back I had two credit cards compromised and the only common denominator was this website. Also, customer service and policies are sub par compared to other stores!

Lulus always has great customer service. My only complaint is that many times all the dresses shrink after being washed, even when you follow the care instructions.

The red one piece, quarter sleeve pant suit. Great color, soft material, light breathable fabric, well made, and a flattering fit. Good quality merchandise on trend and affordable priced.
Every garment that I have purchased from Lulus has been beautiful, great quality, and true to fit as described in their size chart. The purchases also always arrive in a timely manner.
The website was easy to use. It displayed deals very well & also reviews well so I could decide. Shopping online can be difficult because of all the different body types out there. :)

The color is bright red, fit is as needed. I am 5'6", 120 lbs and ordered a size small. I'm so very pleased with this dress and will order again from Lulus.
I love Lulus, I get 90% of my clothes there. Always cute, and easy to return /exchange if need be. Usually have great coupon codes, especially if you are a VIP!
I am a little outside their target age (I'm 29) but I do find lovely items, and when I do boy they are terrific. Anytime I've had issues Lulu*s Customer Service has been INCREDIBLE. I had a chiffon dress with a pull on the bodice (mostly just noticeable up close) and they made the process of exchanging it not only painless, but great! They offered faster free shipping but I didn't need it. Recently another item arrived with a slight defect and again they quickly resolved the problem: all they require are photos of the defects, and they can send out a no charge exchange immediately!
What else: free returns (within 10 days, but very reasonable), free shipping minimum is great ($50), Ive received coupons following every order, items have been beautifully packaged with tissue paper, and every single rep I've worked with is amazing! One offered to check back stock and inventory for a dress that was sold out, just in case there was one hiding out somewhere! Wow. Very personal and friendly service. I will continue to buy from them. Their competitors should take note.

NOT HAPPY! I ordered a few dresses totaling about $250.00, and they charged me TWICE! I'm not hard on money but still, if someone else needed that but since LuLu's ripped them off, that would be awful. Im still waiting to hear back for my refund for the 2nd charge. SO IRRITATED!
