Perfect

It seems like most of the complaints come from people who order internationally. I've never had a problem here in the US. I order my clothes Saturday night on Sept 23. I was going to three days ship them because I was worried it wouldn't be here in time for my birthday. It said the estimated arrival date wouldn't be until Oct. 2. It was shipped Sunday night on Sept 24. It arrived Wednesday the 27th. I was really happy about the fast shipping and it was only $5 since I didn't spend $50 for the free shipping. The quality of the clothes are really good. It's worth the money to buy products that will last than something cheap

Great customer service!

When I first ordered the dress, there was a hole in the side at the seam. I had been planning on wearing the dress to a wedding that coming Saturday. Got in touch with their service reps and they overnighted another dress for me just in time for the wedding! The dress is beautiful! Great quality and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them and buy again.

I ordered a dress that I ended up not needing, but I was having some trouble understanding the return system so I emailed customer service and withing ten minutes I had a friendly, helpful answer that answered my question and then some (it was also 7 o'clock on a Sunday evening)! A few days later my sister mistakenly ordered the wrong size and realized it about thirty minutes after placing the order. She called customer service and a very helpful young lady answered and got it all sorted out in a matter of minutes! It was very pleasant and hassle-free!

I have used Lulu's multiple times and my wife and I are more than pleased. She's impressed by the way the clothes are packed, and how the shoes are boxed like they are very expensive merchandise. All her clothes and shoes have fit perfectly and she says they feel great. I am pleased because she looks great in them.

I originally had thought my package was lost, turns out my neighbors who had moved out accidentally got it in there box! Lulu's was amazing at accommodating me and investigating the situation! The customer service I got was beyond comparable to any retail company out there! They beat nordstroms on there customer service! I will be ordering very soon Lulu's!

Beautiful dress

It was a beautiful dress unfortunately for me I'm very short and have a medium size breast. The xs dress fit perfectly light wise but it was to small on the breast size. The S size fit me perfectly on the chest but it was way to long even with heels on.

Cute jumpsuit

I was a little nervous ordering a jumpsuit from this website after being scammed on an instagram clothing site but to my surprise and delight it was great quality and fit great. I read reviews that said to order a size up and I found this to be true as well.

It was my first time ordering form Lulus and I fell in love with the dresses. I ordered a few dresses for my upcoming graduation and when they arrived I tried them on and I didn't fall in love with the dress is as much as I thought I would. I went online to return it which was pretty easy and I ship the next day. A week later I tracked the package to find out it had arrived at the headquarters. I quickly checked my email to see if I got an email to confirm The arrival and I hadn't received anything. I let a few days go by, I kept checking my emails and my bank account to see if I have been refunded I tried emailing but I haven't been contacted. This same thing happened with my second order I placed shortly after my first order, I am currently waiting to be refunded over $200. I don't think I'll ever order from here again.

Bad quality and bad customer service

I bought many items from Lulus while I live in Canada, I did not mind paying shipping fees and customs, but when I received the items I was shocked by the poor quality and the deformed fitting that is not even close to the pictures they provide on their website. I called to complaint and sent them the pictures for their items, it took me over an hour of time to chat with the representiative that after long negotiations she offered to return them, without returning the customs for those items. It is so disappointing when dealing with a big company like Lulus to have this quality of ignorance and not taking the responsibility of their deffected items as if they were happy to get rid of it by selling it to their customers. I do not recommed buying from Lulus.

I have been shopping here for a year now and have had NOTHING but GREAT service. If you have a problem with anything customer service is probably the best part of it all besides the clothing of course. Very affordable and you are sure to get compliments on anything of theirs! Great prices, friendly people, great shipping and free returns. Really you can't ask for a better site to shop from... LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! So glad I found lulus!

I received an email from Lulus saying Hey VIP! Your 40% Off is here Then I started ordering some clothes for my family because I thought Lulus were offering 40% off on all clothing. Then later once in the website, I realised the 40% off is only for some selected clothing. Then I started browsing the selected clothing spending hours hoping to get 40% off and only to realise when I went to the checkout, it said The promotion code for 40% off is not valid for your country (I live in Australia). There was nothing to indicate in the sales promotion email I received to say that certain countries are excluded. I will not be wasting my time anymore trying to get discounts from these dodgy emails.

I understand the frustration of being sent this and not being able to take advantage of the sale. Th credit i emailed you will not expire and can be used on any order in the future, if you do so order again. Very bad quality

I bought two expensive dresses, both horrible and of terrible quality, one of them was so ugly that I never used it and the other one after two months of use and after 5 or 6 sunsets, it broke and the fabric was stunk. I do not recommend this store. I did not make the refund because I made the purchase from Mexico and paying the shipping and the customs expenses was very expensive. Zero recommendable.

I purchased my first item from Lulu's a few weeks ago. It was a formal gown, and I was really excited because of the reviews it had gotten and because of the inexpensive price. Unfortunately, it was placed on back order and I was not able to receive it in time of my event. Nevertheless, the excellent customer service I received made up for my distress. The first time I called in after noticing it was on back order, the woman I spoke to was very concerned and told me that she would have it expedited, but told me she could not promise it would be here in time. The second call I made was the day before the event when it was still on back order so I obviously wasn't going to receive it in time. The woman was so helpful and apologetic and cancelled my order for me. The next day I received a thoughtful email apologizing for the inconvenience and they gave me $20 of store credit plus my refund in full. Can't wait to shop at Lulu's again!

I purchased two RVCA dresses through Lulus. One was not quite what I was expecting (looked nothing like the model once it arrived-very baggy!) and I sent it back. I don't love that Lulus charges $7 for return shipping. It is a bit extreme for a dress that wasn't as advertised on their website. Otherwise, I have been quite pleased with all of the items I have purchased through Lulus.

EDIT: Lulus was understanding (finally) and refunded me. So I guess their customer service wasnt that bad. It did take like 6 emails back and forth and this review to change their minds...

Like another person posted, I too bought a two piece dress in 2 sizes because lulus.com sizing is so off. I returned the size that did not work for me. They sent it back to me saying there was too much pet hair and lint on it and it was damaged. They said the pet hair poses a health hazard for some customers. I tried to put things in perspective by saying if I tried on this dress in a store and got the same amount of pet hair/lint on it, I wouldnt be forced to buy it. They didnt even respond to that and just said no. I wish I could post a picture to show the amount of dog hair on it to show you how absurd and ridiculous they are being.

Lulus is AWESOME! I am a frequent customer. I always love what I buy. The quality is amazing and so are prices. I have all of my sorority sisters hooked as well! Never have had a problem. Customer service is very helpful. I always use the live chat if I have a question.
