The samples came free, as promised; however, it took 9 days to receive them. This is my only complaint. The samples are very nice, and I appreciate them being free.
Lennon was an excellent sales rep. He changed our layout multiple times until it was just right for our new house. There were, however, a few delivery problems. We received (2) of the wrong color cabinets and all of the boxes were labeled Charelston, instead of Bristol. The cabinets ended up being Bristol (what we ordered) but it was very confusing.

I ordered cabinets pre-assembled for a kitchen remodel project in preparation to selling my home. The quality of the cabinets received was outstanding and well beyond higher priced cabinets I reviewed prior to my order. Initially I ordered just the kitchen cabinets; however was impressed enough that I expanded the order to include the dining room and bathrooms.
I will order from Lily Ann Cabinets again.
I wish I would have gotten the order before I went ahead and ordered Charleston Saddle. I might have went with Charleston Toffee. Just waiting on the cabinets to come in.
I just got samples at this time. I have purchased a vanity in the past and am very satisfied I am looking at replacing my kitchen cabinets soon.

I'm very glad to have found Lily Ann Cabinets. It seems to be the only affordable solution that offers high quality. I have not yet ordered my cabinets since measuring seems to be the most time consuming process without special software. But I will be ordering for my whole house since shipping is free over $2499.
We have received the samples and are impressed with the finish and overall quality. The website is great. We will be ordering cabinets by end of summer. So far your prices appear to be HALF of other comparables. Hope this holds true when it comes time to order!

Nice web site, good quality and good prices
Some cabinets came with doors and hinges pre-attached, some I had to do myself. Different hinges were used between the two types, and opening/closing is a bit different. It would be nice to have consistency. Also, some of the dovetails were too snug (even after cleaning out) and caused cracking in the cabinet face immediately after gluing. Half of the cabinets were not square after assembly (due to mis-alignment of the dovetails and grooves).
Getting ready to place an order, just wanted a sample for color matching.
We have remodeled our kitchen and master bath with these cabinets. The products and the company have been great!
