Found a rare light bulb at a reasonable price delivered to me in a short time. Product was not what I expected but shipping cost is nearly the same as the product cost so I suppose that I'll just hold onto these (3) for emergencies.
We had been ordering these on Amazon and paying a ridiculous price for them. I finally googled the item number and found the Lighting Supply. Got my order faster than originally thought at a very reasonable price. Very happy!
Received 5 TCP bulbs which flickered despite 3 different switches. Called Lighting Supply who asked me to contact TCP. I filled out the TCP claim form. Almost 2 months later, I did not receive a refund, but rather, 5 more bulbs which also flickered. I immediately called Lighting Supply to request a refund and was initially denied refund because 60 days had passed. After explaining to I was following their instructions and it was TCP who delayed, I was offered refund, if I paid postage. Forget it. Just pure cheap. Lighting Supply can keep its money.
My first order was for a power supply(LED driver) for a wall pack. The part is used. The ends of the wires have clearly been in a wire nut and there are marks from screws where it had been mounted. I didn't get a discount nor was I told this would be a used part. I expected new. This was their first and last shot for me and I buy about $10k in lights\parts per year. Is this place a supplier or a salvage yard?

I received my order in a timely manner. I thought there would be a bit of a wait because they notified me that they'd be able to send part of my order and then I'd have to wait for the rest. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long at all and they were able to ship my entire order in one try.
I ordered $261 of bulbs. I did not realize that I had not received them until I went to change a burnt-out bulb and had no bulbs. Checked the order and I had paid for them with AMEX, but never received them. They refused to honor the order, saying "too late."

After comparing the original fan motor to this new replacement motor, the stem holding the fan to the new motor was 3/8" longer than the original. Luckily before installation, I was able to adjust the rim of the housing outward giving the fan freedom to spin. Success! The new fan and motor operate very quietly.
Ordered on-line and received my astronomical light in 1 week. Received exactly what I ordered. This is my 3rd purchase from lighting supply and all orders have been flawless.The only issue I have is the cost to send the package from Michigan to Sun City.@$12.50 for 6 ounces via UPS! I feel on orders this small in weight and size the postal service would have been a better option to offer your customer at a lesser cost. The shipping was 16.33% of the cost of the product.
Now the little blue light comes on with the remote, but the exhaust fan still does not work.

Grill arrived as hoped for and fit. Only complaint is the price. This grill appears to be more rugged than the original 16 year old one.

You don't hear that very often these days! The order showed backordered, with no date given as to when to expect. So I expected about 10-14 days. It arrived within 5 days. The client was very happy!
I was able to go back and look at an old order to duplicate that was over 2 years old. This was very helpful in getting the correct thing.
