I ordered three Swedish candelabra for my windows for Christmas. They arrived quickly, and included replacement bulbs. Months passed (I ordered them early). Then, after Thanksgiving, I put them in my windows. Two worked perfectly from the start :) The third had two bulbs out... I replaced them, No luck. Contacted the company and they sent a whole new candelabra, free of charge. Then one night, I glanced up and saw the two previously broken bulbs were working! I contacted the company and said to please bill me for the replacement candelabra. They graciously said to consider it a gift. What a wonderful company!
My order took a while to come, but I cannot blame the vendor for the supply chain issues we are currently experiencing.
They came all one piece was wrapped so they wouldn't broke was easy to install, I will be ordering some more after the christmas rush is over
Everytime i order from this company they tell me my shipping address is invalid. Everytime i have to tell them it's not invalid. They seem to be too lazy to check if they have sent anything ( or many things) to my address. Either they're too lazy or incompetent to fix this recurring issue.

My two (2) outdoor, high-pressure-sodium (HPS) light fixtures needed bulb covers. HPS bulbs can get very hot, especially in the summer. In the past, plastic bulb covers have either melted or cracked. I wanted to try clear glass bulb covers. The packaging was amazing. The bulb covers arrived in "mint" condition. I installed the clear glass bulb covers a few weeks ago. So far, so good. I would give them five (5) stars but I should probably wait to see how they perform in the summer.

I have a vintage lamp that takes an orange twisted lightbulb. I found them at lightbulbs.com. This is my 2nd order of these lightbulbs. I make sure to order new ones as soon as I have run out of spares. I only order two at a time. The bulbs were well packed and made it safely to my post office. I do not see the bulbs in the tiny thumbnail as I write this review but the one listed first is discontinued and the one below fits the same socket.
All turned out Great no one I spoke with had ever remember seeing this type of bulb. Could not find venues for acquiring these bulbs.

One of a four pack of larger tealights did not light. I asked for a replacement, but they were out of stock. They did not get them back in stock for a while, I forgot about it, but they didn't. I just received a full package of the same lights!
They have beautiful holiday lights and their regular lightbulbs are excellent. I hoghly recommend this business.

APS gave out free light bulbs, so I "ordered" them and they came in really fast. They were in a small box and packaged well. 6 LED bulbs. No issues at all.
