I have a beautiful sconce that only takes a Osram Dulux F 3000K - not easy to find. LightBulbs.com had it stock and shipped in a timely manner.

When I called, I was able to speak with a rep quickly. Even quicker, the rep comprehended what my problem was and said they would take care of it... The conversation was so quick that I thought my issue would slip though the cracks but sure enough the rep did what the said and my problem was resolved.
I would buy from them again and support this company that offers options on purchasing that other big retailers do not.
I had to order some bulbs for my kitchen as most of them decided to go in a short period of time and the rest were not looking good either ( to be fair most were 8 to 10 years old)

I have antique floor lamps that require a special size bulb with a large screw in base. I found them on LightBulbs.com. They are usually very hard to find. I got them at a great price. They arrived quickly.
We have super expensive bulbs, $30 a piece and I'm so thankful we found globe right bulbs for waaaaay less money! Only place I'll buy my bulbs now!
These stained glass light bulbs are stunning. Softens my dining room and my guests all commented on how exceptionally pretty the lighting was. In fact, two gals asked where to get them gir their homes!

I've named my rain gauge "Big Bird". It is so much more detailed and striking than the picture shows. I may just to purchase another. This is something the particular person may like; this is not something you see every day.
I have 8 foot long bulbs in my work studio; had to replace one. I was not sure what bulb to order so I sent pictures of the tips and printed info at end of a bulb that works. Customer Service emailed back promptly, sending me a link to the exact model number that would work for me. And I was able to purchase just 2 bulbs (put one in attic as a spare). The packaging was really excellent. Of course, the shipping was more than the bulbs but I was prepared for this and I was able to replace the burnt one with the help of a friend rather than have to call an electrician. Total time between first contacting Customer Service and arrival of bulbs was one week.

The product is great! My real review is to highlight the amazing customer service I received after being sent a faulty lamp. They made this process very simple. Another lamp was sent out immediately without even having to send back the old lamp which can be a pain. No complaints here!
