The company receives mixed feedback regarding its reputation and customer service approach. On the positive side, many customers express hope and appreciation for the potential financial assistance offered, highlighting the ease of initiating the process. However, significant concerns arise around misleading advertising and a lack of transparency, with customers frustrated by excessive phone calls and inadequate follow-through on promised services. Overall, while there is a sense of optimism about the company's offerings, the disconnect between expectations and actual experiences suggests a need for improved communication and customer support to enhance satisfaction and trust.

I wanted instant rates and you led me to believe I would get rates not phone calls
The first offer online that connected me related sevice providers. Non confusing response and I appreciate it. Thank you kindly.
I want interest rates before everyone starts calling me
Don't like my personal information being disseminated.
More garbage in garbage out. Call your own lender for the best rates.
Its great that someone will give you a chance to show that they can take responceability.we have to pay rent to have a roof over your head, etc. I'd rather pay that money for my own Home! Thank You!
The ad said you would give me some rates and then went on to try and gather all my information with no rates provided. I answered several prompts and then the last one just gave me a list of lenders. This is not what you advertised. You also said you would not send me any more spam mail and here we are. Overall this is misleading and disingenuous.
You state that filling all of this information out will return a list of refi rates, including a 1.75 APR refi loan. None of this happened. I was placed on a list so that 100 or more lenders can bug me to death. Thanks for the bait and switch!
I wanted rates not contact information. Now i just have lots of phone calls, texts and emails. Just wanted simple rates to compare, this was not what was provided
I wanted numbers without going thru more questions
No rates provided, false advertising. Only contacts
Frustrating, want information not telephone calls.
Did not provide information advertised. False way of getting information on candidates for refinancing. Requested information on Lending Tree - not provided. Had a call from loan depot before co0mpleted phone number.
There is no information for individuals that are in forbearance.,
I took the time to answer all the questions and yet all I received was email/call from each of the lenders where they want me to give them all of my information again - I didn't receive a single quote or even approximation as a result of giving you my information - I'd have to give it to each individual lender that calls. IF I wanted to speak to multiple lenders to figure out which has the better rates, I dont need your site to do that. There was little actual value in taking the time to use your site.
Assessment was done quickly. Let's see what happens from here forward.
No pressure or making you feel stupid. Direct questions
My experience so far has been pretty good I don't see any reason to go anywhere else
Ok it's fast and easy and they really seem to want to help you
I've been having some problems with getting my loan due to some credit issues
Cool that y'all pick ha not like it a computer not a robot
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
