I was looking for a short term rental agreement for a new property we are going to rent out. We've only done long-term rentals in the past, so didn't really know where to start. It takes mere minutes to go from nothing to a finished, legal document, every bit as effective and binding as one which comes from an attorney for thousands of dollars more than what I'm paying.
It's practically a hack and I feel as if I've done something wiley...it shouldn't be this easy should it, because I'm pretty sure something which only cost me a dollar and 10 minutes of my time shouldn't secure so much for me.
Alas, it is just that easy and cost effective and it can be found at legaltemplates.net!
