I was looking for a short term rental agreement for a new property we are going to rent out. We've only done long-term rentals in the past, so didn't really know where to start. Legal Templates had just what we needed, and I'm so grateful they make it available for free. That's unbelievable! It prompted us to find out exactly what we would need from prospective renters and will be a great base for us to begin this new venture. Very very grateful to Legal Templates for their service in providing these.

I needed a contract for my daughter so this one was perfect and easy to manage. If this prints out right I will definitely be using this more often, the only bad thing is that they force you to do a review.

I went to a couple of different websites for form for release of medical information. The first one, I filled everything out but when you want to save or print, oh no no no - you have to get licensed. It's technically free, if you remember to go right back in and cancel your free trial (or pay $35/month!). Meanwhile they've got your credit card info. Not this website. I filled out the form, saved it and printed it with no other demands or requirements. They delivered what was promised with no BS and I for one really appreciate that!

Making the contract that I needed was almost too easy. I unfortunately ended up not needing the document. So I cancelled the subscription, or so I thought. The transaction came through on my card so I reached out to their customer support staff and was greeted by Cris and was willing to help me get my refund request submitted and approved within less than an hour. Thank you guys so much I will be using their services and referring them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with LegalTemplates. Once I had to create a lease agreement, I searched on the internet for a good free document creator and found LegalTemplates. Their steps to create paperwork were so easy for everyone including who is not used to using tech devices. They also offer free trial so that everyone could get free documents in 2 weeks. Also, amazing customer service by Danny! I would recommend Legal Templates to anyone!

I understand that $40 is reasonable to for obtaining one legal document but $40 a month ($480 a year) is insane and unfair to the consumer. Annual fees mean yearly to most people not monthly. I was planning to continue using this service but now I am not sure that I will.

It's a bit bizarre that leaving a 5 star review will help get my refund come to my card faster... but I would prefer not to file a dispute with my credit card company for fraud.

This is an excellent product, very easy to use and very professional. I created one family legal document the day I signed up with LegalTemplates which was reviewed by a lender who accepted it as sufficient. Unfortunately, while I thought I was using a one time free trial I was billed for the month of August without warning on the day my 14 days free trial expired. Juan understood and submitted this for a refund. If that goes through I am very satisfied and will recommend the product to others.

I needed a legally binding contract ASAP and didn't want to have to draft one from scratch. Legal templates was the best. Fast and effortless. I really love the free trial, and pay per document download option. It is absolutely a God send and I definitely recommend to anyone who want to add some legality to a transaction etc. The customer service/support team is amazing. They replied to my email within hours and were so kind and understanding. I really love this company and the quality of products and service.

I used this to help create a lease for the first time. It was easy to use and included what I wanted, but put it in legal terms for me! I forgot to cancel the free trial and was charged the monthly fee, but they are graciously refunding that money- and even that process was easy.
