This jacket has little style. Looks much better on the web site than in-person. Straight. Plain. But the red lining was nice.

I dont like to use paypal and be forced to use them when i have credit cards and i also find it hard to navigate in your website. You sent me an email saying i didnt check out. I hit the checkout button YOU provided and it says there is nothing in the shopping cart. It took forever to determine i had to sign in on a differnt page and every time i switched i had to start the process all over again. I will continue to shop with you but i will be looking at other website before coming to yours because it was such a hassle.

Customer service was very quick to answer my questions about the sizing chart.
Website is very logical and easy to navigate.
I would point out to U.S. customers, the styling is eastern or European. If you want the fasteners to be right over left, point it out in the notes portion of checkout.

Product is great but had trouble checking out. I wanted the color for my jacket that was in the photo but that color was not noted. Also, my shipping and billing address are different and that was challenging because system kept assigning same address to both.

The product (leather tie) came in a nice package and corresponded exactly to the pictures and website description. The customer service was great as they kept me updated on delivery date.

I ordered this 10 days out from my wedding and wasn't sure it would make it in time however not only did it show up 2 days early, the quality of this jacket is second to none. It's amazing. It fit perfectly to the measurements that were sent and required no extra tailoring. Top quality product for an affordable cost.
