This is the second purchase for a mailing list, they are extremely accurate and allow me to market small or large areas.

Tried to tell chat what I needed which was just Real estate agents or offices. Had to delete over half because they were either property managers or appraisers and others not related to home sales

All was fine, except a little bit of a hassle getting my leads in 3x10 label format. Originally, I was told that it might take 2 days, which was not acceptable. But I pushed a bit and ended up getting the pdf file for the labels in about 2 hours, which was OK.

We are new at using this type of service, and have yet to fully utilize the list (thus the 4 of 5 stars for the product/service, since I still have to see how it all pans out), but so far my experience has been great!

I called three times with questions/concerns and every time the customer service was honestly outstanding and everyone was exceptionally helpful. Thank you very much.
