All was fine, except a little bit of a hassle getting my leads in 3x10 label format. Originally, I was told that it might take 2 days, which was not acceptable. But I pushed a bit and ended up getting the pdf file for the labels in about 2 hours, which was OK.
We are new at using this type of service, and have yet to fully utilize the list (thus the 4 of 5 stars for the product/service, since I still have to see how it all pans out), but so far my experience has been great!
