I received this dress with an ink mark on the chest. Laveliya would not take it back for a full refund only offered 15% back or a gift card. They do not have a quality product and will not refund my money when it was the company's mistake. I was told returns were too much of a hassle and suggested I resale the dress myself. IT HAS AN INK MARK ON THE DRESS! Beware of this company.

The dress arrived in good time, as promised. It is well-made and gorgeous. However, while I sent my measurements for a custom-made size, it was too big. I must have it altered, spending twice as much on alterations as I did on the dress.

Since I am tall (5'10"), I bordered my dress with custom measurements, and I was very pleased with the fit and craftsmanship of the dress. I will need to get it shortened (very unusual for me), but that is because I chose a lower heel than planned. When I ordered, I was given an estimated ETA, and they kept me informed of the progress.

I purchased a dress that only had one picture (from the front)online. It was similar, but appeared even better than another (from different company) I had tried on. When I received the dress it was well made & the front was as expected, but the back of the dress was completely plain satin, no embellishments, design, or interest. Very disappointed. And don't plan on being able to return anything.

I purchased a dress and it was sewed Wrongly and look very uneven on the sides. I sent them pictures of the dress but they did not grant me my right to return it and get my money back
Hands down the worst experience of my life. I ordered the dress well in advance and used the measurement chart. It clearly stated I had 14 days to return the dress. The dress did not fit and I attempted to reach out for a refund. At this point I was told they didn't have to offer a refund and requested pictures of my bust with a measuring tape, I declined this and requested a refund and to ship the dress back. They started by offering only a 15 percent refund and telling me to re sell the dress. This went on for weeks, until they agreed to refund only 30 percent. This website is a total scam I would never ever buy here again
The dress I ordered was extremely cheap and took every bit of 4 weeks to travel from China. They don't even have a warehouse somewhere closer. When I went to request a return of the dress, the process was completely archaic, they tried to convince me not to, told me I would only get 40% refund, or I could exchange for 60% credit. No thanks, I will never wear anything from this clothing company. Finally they gave me a mailing address in China where I could send the dress and hope for a refund in the next year. Lesson learned, do not order a few things and decide/return what you don't want.
The dress was beautiful. Shipping took awhile and was expensive. The dress was way too small. It was too expensive to return and I am stuck with an expensive dress that doesn't fit.
The dress is beautiful, exactly the correct size according to their dimensions but they were able to custom make the length to fit me perfectly, I didn't need to spend more money getting it altered. The customer service answered my emails on the same day. I can't wait to wear this dress to my son's wedding on April 5th.
Is an online clothing site returns are critical as sizing Is very unpredictable, especially coming from overseas. I have ordered size 12 US which actually fit of a size 6.
I was unable to receive my order because of the return policy. I went with another vendor who allows for returns.
The dress I ordered is low quality, has a low quality pad in the wrong place for a bra, stitching looks like a beginner seamstress, perhaps a child made it. Customer service was non exist ant. They will not refund you for the item..
I was googling wedding dresses. I found your website and was looking through dresses. Once I seen the one I ordered I KNEW that was the one. I put in my sizes and clicked order. It took about 3/4 weeks maybe for my dress to get made sent and to me. When I opened my bag I was speechless! Whomever made my dress has talent. Love it and love the website!
Would not refund item. I had to email several times. Each time, customer service came back with different terrible options. You have to fight hard over weeks to even get a small percentage of a return of the item.
I was a lil scared that it wouldn't have came in time for my prom but when I actually got it, it looked way better in person then in the picture
