Easy selection process on line. Delivery came promptly. We loved the fan so much in our other house that we bought the same one again.

Thee shads were all I hoped for, never thought I would get this quality from mail order.

The lamps & lampshades were just as viewed on line, excellent quality & beautiful. The packaging was very secure so there was no damage to the contents. When the need arises again would not hesitate to order again from Lamps Plus.
