Very Easy process. Support was excellent in providing answers to any questions I had for them. Book was in excellent condition and delivery was the quickest delivery I think i have ever had! Great decision on my behalf!

Definitely will purchase from here again, i recommended it to my friends.

I ordered my textbooks as soon as possible from Knetbooks and eCampus (3 weeks prior to classes). One of my books was cancelled from Knetbooks and later eCampus a week after each order. When I hadn't received a shipping notice on the first day of classes I decided to buy them elsewhere and tried to cancel my order. I was told I couldn't cancel because the book would be shipped soon. I could request a refund but there MAY be a 10% fee. There was. So not only did I have to pay full price for the book elsewhere because these guys didn't properly communicate how long it takes them to ship, but I also had to pay to return the book that was too late to be used. Never renting from this website again.

I was satisfied with the delivery no extra hoops and hurdles just ordered and straight to my door.

I needed this book for two upcoming semesters and it's so expensive, so I had to rent it. But even renting it on Amazon and Chegg was expensive. This website offered the best deal and for the duration that I need. It did take some time in delivery but that is because I chose free shipping. Some websites don't even offer free shipping. Highly recommend getting your textbooks from here and I shall be ordering more books from here myself.

I paid $10 for expedited shipping (1-2 days). I ordered on a Saturday, so I figured I would give the benefit of the doubt and expect the book by Wednesday at the latest. I didn't receive the book until Friday which is the latest date I should have received the book with free shipping.

Do not buy or rent from Knet Books. Knet Books is charging my son $175 for a rental that was returned. The rental was $60. The rental was for a looseleaf book in managerial accounting. They sent a shrink wrapped looseleaf book. We sent it back with a rubber band around the papers to hold them together. They said we sent back "A Life in Prague". Never had that book!

The overall shopping was good; the book took longer than expected to get to me, but I received it before I needed it for class.

I need a hard-to-find book. After I found the ISBN, I was able search the BookScouter app for it. Once I saw you listed it as available for sale, I instantly ordered it. The problem is that Knetbooks didn't actually have the book in stock, for which they promptly provided a full refund. I understand that books may not always be available but to list something as available and ready for purchase, then not have it in stock, seems a bit misleading. The bright spot in this transaction is that I did not need to ask for the refund as it was generated automatically due to the book not being in stock. I will continue looking on Knetbooks.com in the future and have even bookmarked it in my browser.

Generally good, just the shipping updates took a while to load!

Easy checkout and the book was fast to receive. I would rent again.

I did NOT receive my books in a timely manor and am STILL waiting for them to arrive. They have horrible customer service too. When I reached out to them about my order they refused to refund or cancel my order so now I have spent even more money then I should have had too because I had to get my books else where since they didn't arrive in time for class. The person who I spoke to didn't have any empathy or personality. All they kept saying for they couldn't refund me and that the order had shipped. Hands down the worst site I have ever worked with. If I could rate no stars I would.

I really love the energy Support@ hacker4wise com put when hacking cell phones. I recommend you all to contact the best if you notice your spouse is cheating and you want to figure it out your self or your finding it difficult to access your partner cell phone probably due to passcode, Face ID or finger print just email this hacker and get a perfect solution to your problems.

Corner of the book was ripped off and several of the pages was written on, more than expected! The status of the book was surprising that it is rented out... this book is extremely used and not very presentable

Textbook was delivered in reasonable time frame and in good condition.
