Terrible customer services, have been trying to get my money back since 24Nov18.
After leaving a review on Trustpilot their customer services contact me to ask for the order number, which I provided. Now they are claiming that there is no return logged under the reference, luckily I have a tracking number.
Ordered off the net. Didn't realise till after that I was dealing with a German company. Packaged and delivered a quality item. Good communication too well happy.

Recently bought a Patagonia fleece from Keller Sports as it was a lot cheaper there than anywhere else. Product arrived promptly and was packaged brilliantly. Very impressed.
Don't send goods and holds on to your money. When they have made a mistake, blame the delivery company
It's the worst sports supply I've ever seen. Their website looks good but they don't know whether they have product in stock. They don't even tell you when you've placed an order but no stock. After I contacted them, they told me the problem and gave me the options of sending the rest products in my order or cancel the whole order. I didn't expect that the whole disappoint shopping experience has not ended. They refunded the wrong money. After complaining twice and around 2 month's time, I still haven't received the rest of the money. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
Do not under any circumstances use this company!
I very rarely leave reviews and I try not to leave a bad one however this company will ignore any issues that you create, their returns are shocking and be extra careful of their illegal 'premium' yearly policy. I cancelled yet was still charged the following year!
They are also based in Germany and not the UK but initially pretend otherwise.
How a company can work like Keller is shocking!

Do no use Keller Sports what so every. Absolute scam. If you like Donald Trump and losing money go ahead and buy from Keller Sports. 'TrustPilot' review website removed my comment of Keller Sports. Everything on the other review website 'trustedshops.eu' is falsified and all positive reviews are bot reviews or fake reviews.
