Their service goes above and beyond to make sure the customer gets what they need. I had an issue with the targeted followers feature picking up followers that weren't relevant and they immediately went to work on it and solved the problem.

The customer service is AMAZING. They're readily available to help, they know how to solve problems, and they're really kind and patient which is something that stands out to me.

It's a tad bit more expensive than bots, but when you think about it, you are getting real people as followers so it's definitely worth the money.
