Had a problem with my first order post office lost it called in and talk to Brent who went out of his way to help me find it awesome customer service great product and fast shipping if post office doesnt lose it.
My stepfather passed away and I needed some Vegas film to make a sign in his honor. Call Brent he overnighted it to me. I had to sign done within 24 hours and at my mothers house finished. Thanks guys. You Rock!
Super fast shipping. Great quality film. I have used hydrographic film from many other sources, and this was my 1st time using Kansas. I honestly think this is the best quality film I have ever purchased and I will definitely use them in the future. I'm very pleased, and excited that I have found Kansas Hydrographics.

I I ordered carbon fiber film back on October 11th. I called them numerous times they said they would get to straightened out with UPS because UPS said they could not do anything I am until the company will call them and file a lost item complaint. I have talked to the owner numerous times and he said he would take care of this. I'll be done with no smoke at my $#*!. Here it is about to go into December and still I have no product can no longer get through on the phone no way to reach him at all. Not a good way to do business I feel they rip me off they burn me and I like to spread the news don't do any business with them cuz they've done this to me they'll do it to somebody else. I do not like giving back comments out. But when you earn it like they did you get what you deserve. You ripped me off $42 might not be much to you but some of us it means a lot. I will never buy another product from you even though I spent thousands of dollars to begin with I'll never buy anything off you again I don't even want to waste my breath on your useless ripoff company. I've never been so disgusted before as I am right now I've lost a customer and so have you plus I'm spreading the word on Facebook I'm such a poor company that you really are and you do not stand up behind your product you are a con artist and a used bull$#*!ter have you done with life to your teeth I'm at the time over and over Brian you suck I'll never order the time of day or anything from you again.

All other products (film) that I'VE tried are EXCELLENT. BUT THIS GLOW PAINT IS CRAP. AT LEAST THE OVERPRICED BOTTLE I GOT WAS.
Recived the film, like past orders, quickly! But tried a couple speed shapes on with activator, one past faded color, two pass falls apart. Conclusion cheap film. Would like to ship back for credit
Refunded my order twice. The first time i understood as it mentioned in their website. But the second time, im not sure why they refunded my order. No explanation.

I put the order (first one) in Sunday night and 0900 Monday morning I had an email from Katie stating her thanks for the order and an out reach if any help was needed. I had the product by Wednesday making my customers very happy about the turn around time of my shop. KS Hydrographics has my all my business now for all my supplies.
I have not purchased the hydrographic film from them. However, I have purchased their Hydro-Gator Activator. I found their activator to be more consistent with many different films. I had the opportunity to contact them with technical questions and found them to respond quickly and to be very helpful. I will be buying more of their products in the future. I highly recommend Kansas Hydrographics for all of your hydrographic needs.
I was very pleased with the resolution quality of the graphic, as well as the speed of shipping! I have to say I was very disappointed that the graphic was a significantly different color than expected. Online the Quarts was a white and cream, and the stone graphic was very red and orange.
The website is easy to navigate, and they have a TON of different graphics to select from. This is my first experience buying any hydro graphics so I don't really have a comparison, however I don't really need to look elsewhere because they had everything.
Purchased 2 different hydrographic films from them, the film quality is great and before when I have purchased from Kansas Hydrographics I had a great experience also.
