The website was easy to use and had a wide variety of well-priced computer equipment. I ordered multiple parts for a complete computer build, and it didn't ship within 5 business days as per their website. When I rang, I spoke to a knowledgeable person who was able to access my order, determine that the case was on back order and provide an alternative at a similar price that would be available immediately. They even provided express shipping and it arrived the next day, which was Christmas eve! Absolutely excellent service and would recommend to anyone.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my recent order from JW I was very pleased with the speed of delivery. My order ahead of schedule and the packaging was excellent. The item was well-protected and arrived in perfect condition.
