It was fine, no problems occurred and delivery was intact so I'm happy.

Because the mouse and mouse pad were supplied by another supplier, it caused a significant delay. After following up, I noticed that they did not have these items in stock, so I had to change them to another item.
On the other hand, the customer service was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly.

Great Website and overall im happy with the service the delivery time could have been improved but given the time of the year i ordered it was understandable to give them a few more days but paying a fair bit for express and still waiting over 1.5 weeks for my items to be delivered was much left to be desired etc.

Experience with JW computers was good. Item was process and posted in a short period. Aus Post had issues with delivery and sent to the wrong location so took over a week longer to arrive. However this is not JW's fault. The parcel was tracked so I could follow the progress.

No message about item until week + after about item being sent.

The order didn't get properly processed after purchase. I called up 5 days later to enquire and that was what was needed to get it completed and then sent for delivery. Otherwise worked well.

Purchasing online was easy and the product matched the description when it finally came,
Their was no communication when the delivery was delayed and information was not forthcoming when I rang to follow up

The experience with the courier, Direct Freight, was abysmal. Left my package with $450 worth of components out in the open. No text, no call, not even email that it was left there. I was lucky some neighbor let me know about it, otherwise, it may have been stolen.

We have to wait for over 2 weeks to get order delivered. However, JW team is helpful and help follow up with supplier,

Ordering and delivery was good but the spam of emails afterwards, including this survey, was extremely annoying. Leave it alone lads.

Timeline:
- Ordered PC on 6th January.
- Called jw on the 14th January and was advised that the pc is in testing phase and will be ready on the next days.
- Called again on the 17th January and I was surprised when they told me that all parts arrived and they are ready for building. What happened to testing already?
- I went to the store to personally talk to the employee but same result pc not ready yet.

And then I get an email asking for a review?

I have purchased a few items from this store now and have to say I'm very happy with the products and communication from purchase to delivery.

I knew the brand I wanted: an ASUS.
The 32GB Ram instead of the usually available 8GB or 16GB of Ram. ….
I would have liked to be able to buy OUTRIGHT Microsoft "Standard" ("Words" and "eXcell") at the same time.

Service was excellent, 2nd computer I purchased there and won't be the last! The product is absolutely beautiful everything is neat and tidy.

Just hoping that now i have duplicated my PayPal information, that I am not inundated by promotion material. :)

Order was shipped within 14 hours of purchase and was received a week later, from east to west coast. Item arrived well packaged with bubble wrap around edges but not on the centre? No idea why but it wasn't damaged, and that's a good thing. Haven't tested product yet since I'm waiting on other components so I can't rate this specific item but delivery and packaging experience is overall very good.

JW were great, they sent the monitor quickly and responded quickly when i asked about shipping.

Excellent. Good communication. Online and phone support.
