I placed a order the end of November and still today Christmas Eve I have not received it. I reached out numerous times with just a brief reply saying " you will get your order next week" I went on Facebook and warned other people about the horrible customer service I have received.I then get a response for them asking why I would say that. Potential customers need to be aware of bad service this company has provided! Never again will I order from them. I will continue to share my experience with everyone on social media!

Waiting over a month for a Christmas outfit, its now 3 days till Christmas and received 2 separate packages. The leggings are not what I ordered and not even the correct size. The blue leggings don't match the red santa hat on the shirt

As I was looking at the handbags, this one looked to be a 3D cut out, when it finally arrived (about month from order to my door) I was amazed at the work. Was not a 3D cut out but surpassed what I expected. The artwork is simply amazing can't wait.to show it off. Absolutely Gorgeous! Can't not wait for my next Skull buy! Thank you!

Don't purchase the dhl shipping. I purchased my order on November 4 with expedited shipping. Here it is December 3 and still haven't received the item yet. Their customer service stinks keeps saying same thing over and over again.

My boyfriend got me this as a gift and I've not taken it off since! It's so cute and I get tons of compliments on it! I love it!

One order put in on Oct 21st It is now Nov 28th. Heard ZERO. Another order put in on Oct 26th.still zero. I did receive an email AFTER I paid for "expedited handling" that shipping may take 10-20 days due to whatever. Oct 21 to Nov 28th is 38 days and no update, no shipping, no anything. Wont ever try again with this "company". UPDATE. Finally, spoke with owner. Said I want a refund. Was given the run around. Today, I was finally told to not contact my CC company as the money is no longer in the account. BTW> I have worked for Visa and MasterCard and know the refund rules. DO BUSINESS at your OWN RISK!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed quite a large order and they are expensive. One of the things I ordered was a pair of leggings. I ordered a size large and when I finally got them they were an xs. They bribed me by saying if I write a good review about them they would send me a new pair. So I write a good review and they sent me a new pair. A SIZE SMALL. Now they are ghosting me because they obviously aren't going to make thus right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing anything from them. They are a border line scam.

I made a purchase of a handbag and within ONE hour, went to cancel the order. Corresponded with someone named Jessica who said that I would be refunded. It is two weeks later and not only are they not responding to my emails and facebook messages, but they have still not refunded me my money! BUYER BEWARE, do NOT purchase from this seller.

The company followed up by saying that they replied to my every email which is NOT true. DO NOT give this company your business. They are a SCAM.

Be warned, your returns have to be shipped back to CHINA AT YOUR EXPENSE. You will not find this out until you try to return something. It is at that time they hit you with the China address.

I ordered recently their Handbag and I'm really satisfied with it, it looks exactly as on the ad, thank you for your quick delivery also.

I placed an order on 8/18/22/022 for 2 shirts which I still have NOT received as of 9/7/2022! I contacted support who assured me I would receive them last week which did not happen. I asked for a tracking # or refund and they keep giving me the run around stating they "will get right back to me" and/or "the merchant they use has shipped the items" but still no tracking # or merchandise has been received! At this point I don't even want the shirts anymore as they were supposed to be gifts for a friend LAST MONTH! Please see attached photos showing their responses to my request for immediate refund! This is either a SCAM or POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered one of those skull purses they are advertising on Facebook, with the 4.7k comments. It's garbage. The photo they have on site is highly misleading and heavily filtered. The actual "purse" is poor quality made out of the cheapest hard plastic. It's very very small. No zipper. It looks like something a little child would carry their crayons in. It took forever to get delivered in the first place so, rather than asking for a refund, I threw it directly into my recycling bin. I beg you, do not order this thing. It's so awful, it's hilarious!

I have grown to love this company. I highly recommend Just Love Skulls. Check 'em out, you won't be disappointed.
