I am the sender, not the recipient of the flower order. I am able to report that the shopping experience was effective, the arrangement was received timely and it was described to me as "beautiful."
Not delivered as promised. Poor response time from customer service. Difficult communications with customer service whose English was poor. When finally delivered, it was not upgraded as promised. I wrote a honest review on the site regarding the experience and it was NOT posted.
Shopping experience good but you quoted free delivery and the added delivery and service charges at the end. If there wasn't any hidden charges you would be a 5 star sight

They are not a florist. The flowers I ordered were not delivered on the day I requested and the flower arrangement was nothing the photo I saw on the website. They were skimpy and cheap looking. I DO NOT recommend you use them. I should have listed to my husband and when with another company.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
