These clothes are department store quality at half the price. I've ordered several shirts and am more than satisfied with every one. Nice material, colors are great as depicted in website photos, and fit as expected. My only complaint is I wish they had my size - XS shirts and size 4 pants/jeans. I would order so much more from them! I ordered size S shirts, so they're a bit loose on me, but love them anyway. I recommend you give them a try!

I ordered 5 items from Just Fashion. The shoes were adequate. The clothes were junk. The fabric was awful and not as pictured. The sizes were all over the place, some too big and others too small. I choose to keep a couple of items because I could wear around the house, but not in public. I have been trying to return the other items for 3 weeks. You can't return to Just Fashion, you have to deal with the shipper. They are very nice but nothing gets done. I am still waiting for instructions to return and get a refund.

Clothes are a lot too small and of poor quality. Probably all made in China. I thought I was making a deal with an American business. Very much disappointed because clothes have a different look than on the pictures.

I placed an order for 5 items about 3 months ago. I decided to cancel after 2 months. I finally got the PayPal to refund my money, but weeks later I received one pair of shoes and was charged again for that order. The shoes were beautiful online, however they were glued together and had no support at all. When I went to return them the shipping was $23 for a $28 pair of sandals. This is not a good company and their products are even worse. I seriously wonder about the validity of the 5-star comments.

My dress is perfect, this online boutique are more than useful. My experience was fantastic and I can't wait to buy again. I should have asked for an XS but the S worked fine. I needed something that would fit and not be too tight for my work event, so I missed the biggest size.
OMG I cannot stress enough about my disappointment with this company. Whatever you do avoid avoid avoid! It takes WEEKS to receive a delivery, then when items arrives its so poorly made you'll want to return it, however good luck with that as your emails are just ignored. Some merchandise comes quite quick but it seems the orders never come all at once, once they are paid for, the order should all come together not sporadically. Please rectify this issue.

Prices seem too good to be true! Clothes are very cute and also unique as pictured on the website, however the actual products were of poor quality. I applied for a refund but never received the email with instructions that was promised. Then went on a chat session with a polite CS rep. I chose option of 25% refund and will donate the items. Not sure if or when I will receive the partial refund.

Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
