I (thought) I ordered the (inside) installation of my blinds but I received the outside installation. Because of that I have a wide gap on each side of the blinds. But it could have been an error on my part during the measuring process. Other then that I'm very satisfied with the color & the way they look on my windows except for that one thing.

The blinds I ordered are nice, however, installing them was a little tricky. The header of the blind is not standard window friendly. We had to get creative to make it work.

Ordering was easy--indeed, the whole process was easy! We measured and picked what we wanted, the order was delivered two to three weeks later and the blinds looked just like pictured. Two thumbs way up!
We purchased a large order of woven wood shades from JustBlinds, expecting quality and durability. Unfortunately, shortly after installation, we discovered two of the shades installed in our bathroom were riddled with mold after just a short time away from home. When we reached out to JustBlinds, their response was extremely disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility, they blamed us for installing the shades in a "high humidity area" and said that to avoid mold, we'd need to run the AC at all times—even while away. This response is unreasonable and irresponsible, especially considering we live in Southern California and had been away in February with all windows closed.
Now, even after running our AC consistently all summer, we're finding mold on the blinds in our bedroom as well. Cleaning them has been a constant struggle, and it's clear these shades are not suited for normal home conditions. JustBlinds' refusal to address this issue or stand behind their product speaks volumes. We're extremely disappointed and would not recommend JustBlinds to anyone looking for a quality or trustworthy purchase.
Site is easy to use. I am a return customer who likes the site and service; however, on this particular order the height and width of the blind order were switched. I believe that I checked and double-checked before submitting my order. The one thing I didn't check thoroughly was the details on the order confirmation emails. In that document it shows the height and width transposed but I didn't catch that.
Free samples were very helpful. The blinds were well made and arrived quickly.

Answer: I ordered blinds for my entire house from Just Blinds 17 yrs ago. Your help with problems thru the years have been great... the questions answered and problems solved. Now another problem with my continuous cord loop blind... only one sdie goes up.
Answer: Ours is about 1/2 inch, the same as the blinds we replaced these with. Ours are light blocking and work very well.

Hello Patricia. Thank you for choosing us for your window covering needs. I am sorry to hear the blinds are not fitting as expected. Please note that the blinds have only 1 bracket that is used for both inside and outside mounting so they should be able to install both ways. When ordered as an outside mount, no deduction is taken on the width whereas there is a factory deduction of 1/4" - 1/2" when ordered as inside mount.
