I have no idea from where this website popped up. They have been charging me monthly subscriptions I try to cancel this alleged subscription, but I don't even have an account to login! Thieves!

This is the first time I have used this app and I am very impressed! Doctor Adrien was quick to help me and address all my concerns and calm my nerves.

The technician responded immediately addressing my concerns. He also provided me with a phone number to reach out to my cell provider for their assistance in my concerns on their end.

Contacted Just Ask this morning, (14 hrs ago) explain the emergency with my pet. Told to give my credit card info without any indication of cost. Then were transferred to a bot. They hit my bank account twice and never provided me with a Vet to help my seriously sick animal. I would never recommend this service to anyone. They are frauds and thieves!

The vet that called us was very helpful and answering questions, making suggestions and offering recommendations in the event. The prescribed methods didn't help.

Was paired up with Chris, he was very knowledgeable on the Yamaha carburetor I was having issues with, and gave me some ideas to try to resolve my concern. Crossing my fingers they will work out.

My engine wouldn't turn over and Harris diagnosed it over the phone. I haven't done the repairs yet but being an automotive mechanic in the past I believe his diagnosis to be spot on. I did not say that I had previous mechanical experience at first, I had an idea of the problem and Harris went straight to the most probable cause. I would recommend this site to anyone with a problem or questions. Harris is very knowledgeable and professional and friendly and polite. You can't go wrong here in my opinion. Thank you Harris!

After downloading the app and paying for the subscription, I was connected with a truck mechanic that couldn't really help me, but he told me that within minutes of messaging in him. He reconnected me with somebody that could help me and Eric went above and beyond to help me fix the driver proportion controls on my S 65 Genie boom lift. He walked me through testing the joystick for voltage to make sure I was getting power to it. Once we knew we had power, he walked me through chasing down the wires in the lower control box. He was able to tell me exactly which wires and exactly which terminals to test. We figured out that the wires that were supposed to be connected to the steering manifold solenoid were disconnected. It took about 45 minutes to finally get in touch with a technician that was able to help me, however, I did not have to sit on hold that entire time. They notified me when they were ready to help me. When I finally did get in contact with Eric he spent at least 20 minutes, helping me to diagnose the problem and then fix it. We were able to send pictures back-and-forth of wiring diagrams, and he could see what I was looking at, and it made the process much smoother. I will not hesitate to use just ask again.

We were getting an error code. And had a short which caused a fuse to blow your tech Tom helped diagnose where the short came from we were able to isolate the issue and get the car running
