After several supposed attempts to call me (my phone never rang), the techincian told me to pull the engine codes. THAT is not helpful! No questions from the tech to further understand the issue, just a generic, pull the codes. NOT helpful!
UPDATE, after I wrote the above, he CALLED me and we discussed the issue. It seems the website made me think he was finished when he was not. Website is not good, mechanics seem good.
I inadvertently signed up for a membership while just wanting to ask a question regarding ssa1099. I did not notice the "fine print" indicating that I was joining a membership for $55. Spoke with 3 different people through "chat" 2 of whom agreed to rebate my fee once I realized what happened. No rebate ever occurred. I emailed the company explaining my issue and was told that they were a company that wanted to provide "exceptional" service and customer experience yet refused to rebate my money. I find nothing exceptional about paying $60 for nothing, I never did speak with anyone regarding my question.

It was a social security question. Could not get thru to them so I was pleasantly surprised when I got the popup for your service. I got my answer and am on my way to getting issue resolved with SSA.

The first answer gave me only one clear alternative ER! The others options not so clear.i asked for more help & the 2nd expert just said it differently and more calm. Appreciated the option of 2nd opinion right then and there.

I am seriously pouring tears down my face and shaking. I agreed to a $5 talk with a neurologist instead I waited for 51 mins for no neurologist so I went to see if i was still charged 5 dollars INSTEAD I WAS CHARGED $51 and it is now 1:47 in the morning and I can't sleep because this is THE BIGGEST SCAM IVE EVER SEEN! I would never ever agree to $51 to talk to someone who didn't even show up and even if they did I would still be mad. Customer service is refusing to return the money I NEVER AGREED TO! I can't even believe I was this stupid to give them even $5. But I was desperate because my head is pounding with a migraine and again it is almost 2 am all I wanted was something to help my migraine and now my blood pressure and anxiety are through the roof.

I could not get Netflix on my TV because my anazon fix box wasn't working. I was misled / misinformed about a charge for a ONE TIME technician support phone call. If you review our conversation texts, nothing was said about a MEMBERSHIP. Sumit said there would be a ONE TIME REFUNDABLE FEE of $!.00. Then I was sent the window for my credit card charge information. I was surprised to get an immediate text from my bank of a $56.00 charge on my account! I know you think I was aware of this membership, but, it all happened so quickly. I trusted Sumit for what I was Quoted and frankly feel that denying me a REFUND is unprofessional and an unfair business practice of MICROSOFT SUPPORT.

I could not make the tails because the words were on top of each other literally so I give it a zero the rating that was the sloppiest answer I've ever got and I did not authorize you to take out $66. My furbaby had discharge and dried blood after grooming. The vet on call was wonderful! She calmed my worry and gave me a suggestion to use household items to make a gentle flush. Worked like a miracle. Baby and mommy now able to rest until we can get to vet office on Monday. I wish I could give her a hug
