Starting with their great, easy-to-navigate web site, through competitive pricing to quick despatch and safe arrival, I can unhesitatingly and without reservation commend JomaShop as professional and trustworthy. Communication was excellent throughout the process. When one of the watch containers was slightly damaged, reparation was immediate. Overall, great experiences both times l have shopped. They're absolutely perfect for international buyers, shipping rates are reasonable and watches are packed to withstand a nuclear attack. The watch has arrived in no time and it's lovely, it looks even better than in promotional photos. The watch was brand new, never activated or worn before. All stickers applied and even that plastic thingy that keeps the quartz movement from running and depleting the battery. I love this version, the polished case makes it look much classier than the initial release, which has a blasted case. Thank you Jomashop, I hope to do business with you guys very soon again :)
The whole shopping experience was seamless, I'm based out of India and always had trouble purchasing watches on other websites, with Jomashop it was fairly easy, the user experience bus great, you get what you pay for and sometimes at an unbeatable price.

I would like to see 2-3 more pictures per watch (clasp/buckles deployed or undone & a generic picture on a wrist would do wonders for getting an idea of size).
The watches offered for sale by Jomashop are all popular brands, yet they are priced much more reasonably than any retailer that I have done business with previously. I will continue to purchase from them in the future

They shipped glasses which were not as described and would not approve a return. Good pricing but customer service is lacking if an error happens. Lots of other shops online with the same pricing and free returns.
They take forever to ship the product. It says the "product is in stock and ready to be shipped" but after placing the order they didn't start the shipment for almost a week. The may have lied about the product availability or they have a poor shipping service. I have even paid of 2 day shipping. DONT BUY HERE its waste of time
Great selection of watches in a wide range of prices--truly something for everyone. Prices are competitive, and Jomashop service is great. My only reservation is the thirty-day return, which would be fine, except when I'm shopping months ahead for Christmas. I had to show my daughter the watch, instead of surprising her. She loved it, and I was very satisfied with the price. I'd have given five stars were the return period longer.
I am very pleased with the look and comfort of this watch. It is an elegant everyday timepiece but also appropriate for dress wear. The clasp takes a little getting used to - more complicated than my previous Seiko watch.
One of the best watches for the price would recommend this watch to all the ladies out there.
The watch is spectacular looking. My wife had a gold Raymond Weil, but she gave it to my niece, so I was thrilled to replace it.
This watch is gorgeous and can be worn easily with either gold or silver 'other' jewelry. With the combination of the mother-of-pearl and diamond dial and the link band, it has gone perfectly from being worn with jeans to an elegant dressy dinner. Unlike some of the competing products, it's full two-tone steel and does not have any color-'coated' sections. It should hold up well even after the years of wear I intend to give it.
