Ordered a quantity of 2, however, I only received a quantity of 1. It was a small order and they could have sent out the missing quantity. Their chat doesn't work and they do not respond to customer service emails. Reddit posters are right — this is a terrible company to order from.
I have complete confidence in the authenticity and accuracy of every item I order from this site. Not only do they provide detailed product descriptions, but the quality consistently meets my expectations. Each order arrives promptly (sometimes) if not in stock! And in perfect condition.

I have now completed a couple of purchases from Jomashop and have nothing but positive things to say so far. Shipping was fast, prices were great, and all the items I bought (lots of fragrances) were perfect and exactly as I anticipated.
I would suggest adding more fragrance "testers" for people like me, but other than that, I am completely satisfied.

I am happy with my first order from Jomashop. The fragrance came fully packaged, and the product scanned well. Everything seemed intact, and it is serving me well. My only minor gripe is with the shipping, but that is hardly Jomashop's fault, as the shipper caused the delays it experienced. I wish Jomashop would quote a shipping date with more wiggle room.
The prices in Jomashop are good although I've only bought 2 fragrances from them they were both the best prices I could find however it took them a long time to get here and we're awaiting shipment for weeks.
I buy the watch. The machine doesn't work have to say twice they don't think so well and they don't send me new watch bye-bye in January. I never use it only three times, now we are in April and it has to wait a week, because they try to piece it again I never sent me a new watch. I would never buy any product for this company again.
