This was my first time buying a watch of this quality on line, and it was an amazing experience thanks to Jomashop. Ease of purchase and a quick delivery with tracking that let me know exactly when it was arriving. Couldnt have asked for any better.

Website was easy to navigate, great prices, and fast shipping. I usually buy from Amazon, but there was a bigger selection at Jomashop. I specifically wanted a Seiko with the metal band and Jomashop was the only place that had it. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I've purchased a couple of watches through JomaShop and have been quite satisfied... not only with the prices but ultimately with the quality. The watches I've purchased have turned out to be very nice. Haven't had any service issues except for battery replacement. Would definitely purchase again at JomaShop

To be honest, I'm losing trust because the item I ordered since Dec 27 2016 last year, still not come and the customer support keep saying 3-5 weeks and again after waiting 3 weeks, the customer support said another 3-5 weeks. It's also not easy to get hold of customer support. At least I have to wait 20 minutes on the phone until a human being answer.

I had bought these Gucci Blue Gradient Round sunglasses and I am super satisfied with my purchase using Jomashop! They have excellent prices and gives free shipping for orders over $100 which is pretty nice. My order number is M1M*******. I would use Jomashop again!

Got a nice timepiece that I had been looking for.

Oder confirmation and shipment tracking details took along time to get.
Had to email them to get that information. Only reason I did not a 5 star rating.
Got the item and very pleased with it.
Hoping they have improved the manner in which they communicate and engage with their customers.

Being my first time ordering a watch online I was a bit skeptical. However, I must confess that Jomashop met and exceeded my expectation. I received my watch in good time. Product was exactly as seen in the website and I have used this watch for about 2 months without any issue and I'm highly delighted. Henceforth, I plan to buy my watches through Jomashop especially with the huge discounts.

Easy website to shop, quick shipment. Enjoyed the experience. However I regret because my e-mail address is flooded of Jomashop e-mails. It is daily e-mails if not twice per day. Everyday I need to keep deleting e-mails from Jomashop and I'm tired of that. Sometimes I regret, should have paid more to don't have this burden now..

Very pleased to report that the Gucci watches I received from JomaShop are, indeed, authentic. (Sad commentary on society that I'm so excited about NOT being ripped off... that should be the standard!) But, yes, good job, JomaShop... I'm incredibly pleased. A+++

I have never ordered from Jomashop before but I was very happy with the service I received. The watch came a little later than anticipated but still made it very much on time. The watch is exactly what I had ordered and has served me very well to this point. So yes thank you and I will consider you again on my next purchase.

I've ordered a furla wallet... they sent me a used wrong color wrong style wallet that's 20% cheaper then what I've paid... then after mailing them none stop they offered me 15$ for the gap price not even covering shipment charges... worst service ever! As if they gifted you the item and you didn't actually pay for it... awful awful awful experience... NOT RECOMMENDED!

I experienced my first purchase with Jomashop, and I can assure anyone who is considering them to DO IT! Their sales staff are knowledgeable, the transaction was secure, the shipping was fast and the pricing cannot be beat. I will be purchasing another watch from them shortly and hopefully many more in the future.
