No exaggeration that this is THE perfect watch! I have been searching for a Citizen Eco-drive watch (women's) for years but could never find one with a sapphire crystal (which was one of my must-haves), was attractive, & yet at a reasonable price. You just can't beat a good watch. They are a great addition to anything you're wearing for work, casual dress or formal wear, sports, etc. Jomashop has it all. Their selections, photos, descriptions and prices are all Great! And, I've never waited more than two days for a watch to be delivered, even if I ordered on a weekend! I've searched a lot of other places, but find it very difficult to beat Jomashop! So, I stopped trying and just go directly to the Best!

My fiance' told me to order a purse for myself for my birthday. I found Jomashop online and took a look at the reviews. They are definitely legit. I perused through the website until I found the Michael Kors purse I wanted on sale for $159 (regular price $268), which was lower than I had seen in any store anywhere. I also found a coupon for $10 off $150 or more, shipping was free. I ordered on a Thursday evening late and it was delivered to my office on Sunday. Unfortunately, we are closed, so they came back with it on Monday. I can't give you enough positive feedback on my experience. They are the real deal!

I got multiple watches from Jomashop, I don't know which order they are asking me to write a review, usually they are very good. I do have one problem with missing the manual and took them a little bit time to mail that to me, but other than that, its quick and good. If you haven't bought anything from grey market watch seller before, one word of advise, do not remove any tag or clear plastic thing until you try out and absolutely think you keeping the watch or the watch's movement is good enough for you, otherwise you will have a hard time getting refund or return from ANY grey market watch dealer.

I have purchases several fine watches on Jomashop and have experienced a return as well. Nothing negative to report, only top of the line service and quality products. I am one who researches my watch purchases and this site is not only my first stop but also has been my last stop and where I have purchased all my watches since finding this site. Shipping is often faster than I thought it would be, returns are easy and if you call customer service you will also be happy with your experience.

Recently, I noticed that you had a call for used watches. I trust your firm and would feel very confident buying used from you.

My only criticism -- searches for "used" watches yielded "open box" items. When I searched "open box", there was a different number of watches to view. Which suggests that both search terms are incomplete.

Consolidate that into one platform.

Sales and specials make the deals even better. Haven't had to return anything yet, so not sure how that experience would be. Customer service was difficult to get hold of and took time to get back. Otherwise, has been a smooth experience.

I always buy watches from Jomashop.com. This time the box came crushed and the lady would not help me with either a replacement or a break. There was an order that I had place before few hours and requested her to send an extra box with that order but she refused. I purchased 3/4 watches as gifts for my cousins back in INDIA and the crushed box did not leave a good taste.
Also I requested to get the discount on the flyer since the amount had reached with two different order placed with few days she disagreed. Anand

I looked around a lot for a good price on an Orient open heart dress watch and found the best on Jomashop. Good service, fast free shipping, perfect. What more could you ask?

JomaShop has a wide variety of watches, as well as other accessories, ranging from on the cheaper side to luxury. I have ordered 4 watches now from Jomashop and all have come rather quickly and in excellent condition with the maker's box, along with a catalog and a future discount card. It amazes me how JomaShop has inventory on the insane amount of watches that they show on their site. I find myself perusing their website a few times a week as they are continually stocking new items. Probably my favorite online site to shop at.
