This was my reply to their $5 rebate offer after non-delivery of my order. They didn't bother to reply...

No thank you. I am completely disappointed with your service. I ordered well in advance of Christmas. There was still plenty time for delivery for my wife's birthday in January, and even Valentines Day next week. Instead, I've received no communication other than from what I've initiated, and not even been offered any alternatives.

I am very upset and don't think I'll be ordering from you again.

I always check jomashop for good deals on luxury items and fragrances. All of my orders have been of excellent quality, exactly as described and shipped in a timely manner. My order number was M*******

After extensive research prior to my first purchase, I have come to love Jomashop. As is well established, their selection and pricing is second to none, however, my last experience truly establishes them as a premier timepiece source. After personally entering the wrong shipping address, and the shipping company compounding the issue, Jomashop went well out of their way to correct something they certainly did not cause, and order to delivery was still less than 2 weeks. I cannot thank their personnel enough for the significant due diligence in correcting the issue. They have certainly acquired a lifetime loyal customer.

I was in direct communication with a person from customer support department. He helped me very much to make my order shipped as fast as possible. I really appreciated that. Best customer support! But I would like it more if they can ship watches with alligator leather strap worldwide!

I ordered Tissot watch before christmas but all I received was just empty box, there was no watch inside. Customer service replied only after 4 weeks to ask me for some photos of the outside package that shows the tape and a picture of the empty case. And another 3 weeks later still silence - nobody answering my emails.(order number M14H0302)

Do NOT trust these people when they tell you their items are "in stock." I ordered an watch for my brothers gradation which was listed on their website. After placing the order we were informed a few days later the watch was back ordered. We changed the watch to a different one which was also "in stock" which I have yet to receive 5 weeks later! On top of it all, the company has the worst customer service representatives who will give you an attitude and are rude to you for being upset at their bad service! I will never order for these guys again and please save yourselves also!

Amazing overall experience with Jomashop. I have ordered two products from JomaShop & cannot wait to purchase more in the coming years! They ship immediately (if at all possible) & strive for customer satisfaction. Upon purchasing I have instructions for returns included with the box (always a bonus if trouble did arise) + followup from the company after the sale; which is greatly appreciated. Most importantly they have amazing pricing for each of the brands I love & aspire to own... I'll continue to do business with them & you should too!

Received item after about 3 days. That is already fast when i did not pay extra. BTW. I am using the free shipping. They sent out fast, so i am happy. Its a very legit store with low price.

I have been purchasing watches from Jomashop for several years. There is no better place on the internet to make a purchase. Every watch is exactly as described and always factory fresh. Occasionally you may find a watch at a lower price somewhere else only to find it was a return, repackaged, or in some cases even a a replica when you receive it. You never have to worry about any of that with Jomashop and their prices are always a fraction of what you would pay at the mall or retail location. Absolutely the best!
